Had a phone interview with Mr Barnes that was more than rewarding. Mr. Barnes was very educated up to date on criminal law. After hearing my rendition of the events that had taken place during my arrest. He had the answer for my defense off the top of his head. He told me that he could not take my case because it was able to be handled with the court appointed public defender. After insisting that he take my case his price was better than the other 2 law firms I had spoken with. I did not retain Mr. Barnes prior to my upcoming court date because I need a little bit more money. When appearing at my court date the state had a deal that interrated that Mr Barnes defense strategy was perfect. Very intelligent man with affordable defence fees. That's a rare combination to say the least.
