Recently had scheduled an appointment on 1/23/23 in office…9: 30am, they called me last minute to change it to televisit, sure no problem I said…. Well they collected money for copay…. And come 11: 45am still no doctor called. I called the office 2x to check on the status and the front desk girl gave me attitude. The audacity. Unprofessional. No explanation was given for the delay. Very cold demeanor, no apology. Completely ruined my schedule for a Monday and on top of that I had no choice but to cancel because I had to be somewhere…. So they denied my refill. For a prescription I take daily. I have had such a terrible experience. Wish I can still see my doctor in Atlanta.
I called now to reschedule and I can’t get through to anyone. They don’t even have Healow app or any app to try to communicate. I even left a voicemail to see if there was an office manager to speak to but no one called back. They are so rude and unprofessional. I was so sick I had to see my ENT instead, he helped me get new antibiotics, steroids.

Also they screen calls, I have several times to reschedule from cellphone no one picked up, when I called my work phone immediately they picked up… without giving my name they name they said “oh is this Alexandra” …. Unprofessional

Rude, judgy, sarcastic, unprofessional, insensitive, cold and callous. I would never recommend and would never go back.

Needed a Dr due to the fact my physician no longer accepted my insurance after a 20 year patient. I will just say that I had 2 visits with her and will not be coming back.

Misdiagnosed me and would not discuss alternate treatment. Yelled at me on phone, said I wasn’t sick enough to treat. I ended up in Palms West hospital for 8 days with kidney failure and sepsis.

Dr. Lamp and Beth Brunsman also staff have always treat my children and myself with so much care. Today most of all my only son was in icu for 3 day for diabetic type one. Didn’t come out of hospital till 5days later.called doctors office to get him in right away. So we can start the healing process Beth was so wonderful with my son he felt for the first time he can come back and continue seen her, he’s the type that usually runs from doctors cuz they always treat him like a number and not a person.she made me cry how thoughtful and caring she was with him.

Called to Book appt with Dr.for minor child and also stated condition that needed to be discussed during appt. Upon arrival was told we were seeing PA as doctor was out of town. Nurse was extremely grumpy and seemed as if she didn’t like her job. Was told by PA she couldn’t treat child for the condition but wanted to do blood work; guess so they can get reimbursed anyway for some kind of an appt. Called to get receipt for copayment mailed home, not by fax (privacy issue) and front desk said I would have to sent a pre-stamped, self addressed envelope. Tacky and very disappointing as I heard good things before going.
