Cheri Lawson is extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me. It was so nice to speak to an actual local person, who answers the phone right away instead of the usual 1-800 experience. I’m so happy with her service and it is because of her that I will stay with State Farm. She assisted me with a lot of things. 15 minutes on the phone and she was warm and friendly the entire time.

Angelica and Tatiana Martinez are the greatest assets to this branch. Their service was impeccable and warm-hearted through and through. I was under the impression that I was covered in certain areas for my home and auto and when I was checking in; they individually took their time and brought to my attention how underinsured I was. They were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to break everything down in bite size pieces for me to understand and retain. They answered all my questions, concerns, and followed through exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly tactful, I never knew Insurance could be made this simple. I have since switched State Farm branches to this one, and it’s because of them. If you ever have any doubts on your insurance, bring it to the attention to either Angelica and/or Tatiana, and they’ll make sure it’s taken care of to the fullest extent. ️️️️️.

I have to say that i am a customer for years with Jannet Fernandez office and today it was the first time I speak to Angelica Martinez and this a person who is literally an angel she helped me she did everything in order to result my situation to the best of her capability and I am so grateful for having her answering.

I have been a customer of Janet Fernandez for over 15 years. They have always been great to work with and have always been there to assist me with any insurance /claims issues. But the reason for my review 15 years later is the service I recieved from one particular representative. Today I was drowning in several insurance issues that I had postponed and had accumulated leaving me with a daunting task at hand. Esmerita Quintana, she’s trying to get me and my family to transfer to Micheal Fernandez and Janet Fernandez and is continuing on talking negative about my current agent and how she’s basically slandering the person I am insured with and trying to get all of my policies transferred over to her on a daily basis for her own personal gain. I would please like to stop receiving phone calls due to harassment and whoever is in charge of this i request an immediate stop or for any resolution to this issue. I have not had issues with state farm in the past and have had a good experience up until now. This has been an ongoing issue now and needs to stop.
