Walking into Janitor’s closet is like walking into a fantasyland filled with restoration equipment. The immense selection of products will astonish even the most weathered of a janitor.
I have to thank Greg Sr and Skie for their vast knowledge and help when it came time to pull some heavy triggers.
Honestly- the weight that really ripped the scale was the adorable shop dog.

My husband and I came to Janitor's Closet looking for a new vacuum but we were so impressed with their inventory. They have everything from brooms to auto scrubbers, to over 10 different floor cleaner fragrances. The staff was incredibly friendly, bilingual and knowledgeable. We were greeted by Will almost immediately with a smile on his face and eager to help. I left with a new vacuum, car washing products and wax. Forget going to the "big stores" this was such a better shopping experience

I had an emergency with a carpet cleaning machine today, I spoke to Greg Sr and he told me to bring it in. I drove right there and Grant repaired it straight away. Within an hour my crew was back to work! Thank you Greg and Grant!

This place does anything to sell you something, but once sold, there's no communication or responsiveness. We bought a truckmount machine and drove two hours from Orlando to get it installed. They did not install the connections properly and did not have the pieces needed to complete the installation. Gregg and Harry lied back and forth after promising various things and then not following through. Harry would not even respond. Horrible customer service, very unreliable, and very untrustworthy people. Very sad. We are a rapidly growing business and will buy our machinery somewhere else from now on.

Worst customer service on Earth. The employees stood there talking to each other as I sat and waited at counter as they kept glancing over. They Truly could care less.

Will Never go back.

Do not buy from these people. I placed an order, it took several weeks and emails for them just to ship my order. When I received my order only part of it was there. Two gallons of carpet prespray was missing and almost 30 days after placing the order they haven’t provided any update or correspondence of any kind. They do not respond to emails or provide any type of customer service/support. My next step is reporting it as fraud to my card company. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a decent reputable company.
