5Yoder Homes and Remodeling subcontracted this company to install gutters on one of their remodel sites. Jansen & Sons employees made no real effort to clean up before leaving the project. First of all they were mostly parked in the street with their truck to do their work which was not a real issue. Paint cans and diagrams with their measurements written on card board was some of their trash left on the ground. What took the cake was the amount of screws they left all over the road that were perfect for puncturing tires. I stopped counting after 40 screws. The crew has no professionalism for their work and no respect for the neighborhood they worked in. I'm sure any of the car owners that got a flat tire would like to send Jansen & Sons the tire repair bill if they knew the screws came from these careless workers. After reading other Jansen & Sons reviews I can see many negative reviews. Its clear to many this company does not really care about their reputation as long as they get work, IMHO. I would hope Yoder Homes will find better subcontractors in the future. See attached pictures
They never seems to answer any phone call
Reply: That's same phone # I called 2 dozen times, tried all extensions and left msg, no one answer no one call me back, It's like a ghost company.
Oh come on! You blocked all the Tesla charging spots! Soo not cool!
Really really not cool! Exactly WHY can you not comprehend that OTHER parking spots exist?
Exactly how hard is it to park in the back?
This company has a driver's that block three Tesla chargers! Horrible! People rely on these! New level of disrespect! F-
Friendly staff. Tight location for a big truck until some of the work trucks thin out. Quick unload and they allow overnight parking on the street.
