Glad I found this place. It's very close to my home and Jaru is very accommodating. I have taken many items of clothing there to be altered and a handbag strap to be shortened. I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend.

Small shop in the corner of a plaza that has been there forever. My go-to place in Tamarac of 20+ years was too far of a drive for this last minute shoe repair I needed before traveling. I popped in on a Thursday mid-day. The shop was not busy but of course someone was there working. John turns out was very friendly and super accommodating because he stopped what he was doing to fix my shoes. It was very much appreciated and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The price was affordable and I was truly grateful for his expertise. I would definitely go back and recommend.

Repaired a leather purse strap that was cracking on the edges. It looks better but I complained immediately that this is going to stain clothes if the purse is worn on the shoulder. He said it would dry up. 2 months later, I tested the strap by rubbing a paper towel and it is still staining the paper. I dont like to leave bad reviews for small businesses but I absolutely dont respect liars. Overpriced service for just adding some paint to leather. Wife can only use the purse if wearing black clothes now.

This place is phenomenal. The repair of heels on both my wife's shoes and my own made them look brand new again. Quality work and reasonable prices. My wife has also used the tailoring services to hem some work polos! Again excellent work!

My boyfriend took me to this place to have some alterations done on my skates, and I can say I don't regret it. This guy knows what he's doing, his stitching is so precise. And it only took a few days to do the work. My skates never looked better! I will refer anyone I can.

Big mistake taking my handbag for a repair at this place. Very unprofessional job done on my handbag handles and the same looks way worse now than before the repair.
Don't make the same mistake as me.
Take your items somewhere else.

I was in a panic trying to get the squeak out of my Uggs before a last-minute trip to Boston earlier this year (they were the only cold-weather boots I owned and I hadn't worn them in a while). Without knowing exactly what was causing the really annoying squeak Jaru's properly guessed what the issue was and fixed it for me in one day (my Uggs were perfect and no squeak)! Great customer service and work!
