16Going to a doctors visit is not supposed to feel like you did something wrong. This doctor made me feel as if I was being foolish by describing my complaints during my visit. He was very rude and mocked me for it in the room. So unprofessional and disappointing.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. They moved my appointment at their convenience without considering the impact on patients. It's evident that patient care is not a priority. A more customer-centric approach is needed for an improved experience.

Dr Javier Lopez is a very meticulous and curious doctor which discovered an anomaly in my parathyroid glands that no one else saw that led to the surgical removal of one of them. His persistent worries about my hemoglobin A1C number wich where near borderline diabetes status led me into a journey that has changed my life.
He may be a little stubborn and persistent but it's all for the benefit of his patients, if you follow his advice and put some effort yourself you will definitely improve your health under his care.
