Good place to park your toys. Kept my truck and boat here and never once did I have any issues. Cameras everywhere and plenty space to maneuver.

Jax Storage is the only place around Jax that takes All types of vehicles. Something that is hard to find and they quite successfully.

Staff is professional, accurate, and friendly. Facility has easy entry and exit access for all oversized recreational toys and equipment. Multiple lot sizes were spacious and availalbe which allowed us to move our 27ft boat in and out with ease.

Searched for places to store my Camper and everything was booked up or to expensive. Jax Storage Solutions had openings and were reasonably priced. We were able to do everything on line. The lot was well organised and the spaces clearly marked. The keypad entry works like a charm and security on the site seems to be good, Ameristar were readily visible.

This place is very convenient and absolutely safe. They have cameras within the lot The owners are very quick if you have any questions. Love it because it was month to month you don’t have to sign a 6-12 month contract. Thanks again.

The rental process was easy. The South location was very convenient. Plenty of room in the lot to maneuver. Lot is well lit and secure. Always a quick response when I have a question. I no longer need the storage space, but I would recommend it and would lease again if needed.

The people who work here have been great! They were very helpful upon moving my trailer in and especially helpful when I was working to sell my trailer. I live 5 hours away from Jacksonville and needed their assistance with planning visits for myself and potential buyers. They stepped up and checked on the battery, which had died, and they worked to charge it up (no extra charge). Upon request, they went inside the trailer to look to see if any major issues had arisen that we had to address before driving up or having a buyer look at it.

So far so good! We got a spot here for a work truck. It's big, and the space we have fits it very well. We have no complaints of our own, but here are a few things that might matter to some: the roads can be uneven, not fully paved, some areas are gravel and some are concrete. Some of the turns may be sharp if you have a big vehicle or RV, so drive around in your regular car to get a feel for how to best get in and out. Easy entry and exit available 24/7 with a code of your choosing. Conveniently located right off 295/Phillips Hwy, so even convenient to 95.
