Jax Surf & Paddle, Neptune Beach FL

Finally took a paddle boarding lesson and it was amazing! I loved my experience and I feel like one lesson made me learn a lot. I was standing on the board within five minutes of being on the water. The lessons are fairly cheap and are 90 minutes long.

Jax public surf class was awesome. The person working the desk was super nice and Triston was awesome. He got us catching waves super quick. 10/10 super worth it.

My wife and I did a surfing lesson with Andy, and we had an awesome time. He was great, super friendly, patient, and a great teacher. Setting everything up was super easy too, definitely worth it, ended up being the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

The instructors are upbeat and encourage all surfers with a smile. A guaranteed good time for new surfers

Had a great day learning from Turner and Andy. They were out in the water providing constant feedback that helped me to pop up and catch a few waves. Such a humbling and fun time!

Ive been trying for months to get a refund for a purchase Ive never received. July 2021 they where selling used surfboards from there surfcamp. My husband goes to buy one. There where only two left they werent the ones we wanted they where smaller so the lady said they would give us two for the price of one They take the money but said they need another week to finish up the surf camp and put fins and ankle straps on the boards. We reach out to them the camp is over and the boards are gone. They say wait till nxt month we will have them for you. Each time we wemt in to try and figure it out a total of four times the manager was not there and they took our names saying they would have someone call. They also gave us two different managers to call whom we called several times and emailed. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone. We have finally gotten ahold of a manager. But we no longer want the boards we want our money back. They refuse to give cash back. They want to put it on our card but we have switched banks and have a new card. They say they cant put the money on our new card. I spoke to the lady about that she said let her talk to the owner and she would get back to me. A week later she calls back and says she has put the money back on the card. But it was the old card! Now she wants me to call my old bank and get it all figured out. I told the women i would like to talk to the owner and she said she would give the owner my info but the owner is very busy. I would really like to speak to the owner about this situation. I feel like it was handled very unprofessionally.

The LKT hands down are my fave Trio. They make a mean mimosa and they introduced me and the hubs to Blanc malt beverage! It was our anniversary and it was going pretty sour but they Def turned our day around. It was meant for us to walk into their store. I'm really glad we did, we will be visiting them eveytime we hit up NeptuneBeach

So much fun! Booked a private surf lesson for me and my teenage son. Our instructor Pat was excellent. I was very nervous because neither of us had ever surfed before and we are not athletes. Pat took the time to explain everything to us before we got in the water. He talked us through the timing every single time. He was patient and very encouraging. Hughly recommend a private lesson. We had a blast!

We were eating next door & it was a really cold night so I popped next door to grab a hoodie. Little pricey, but it’s by far my favorite hoodie now, well worth the cost. This store is super chill, they have great clothes, awesome staff, espresso & a little beer. For sure going to return and bring my wife next time.

Love this shop, great positive vibe. We rented bikes & beach chairs with help from a girl & guy who gave outstanding customer service. Best surf shop in Neptune beach!

I came in here to get some sunglasses. Awesome staff and service! Definitely a place to get some last minute items for the beach.

The barista making drinks is not wearing a mask. Was going to order a drink until I saw him not wearing one. Everyone else working is wearing one.

Had a delicious and hot latte. I was surprised they had a coffee bar. I had bought a latte from a bear by svtyy it al coffee shop but it wasn’t that hot. I came to this store and I bought a better one. They have nut milk that’s carrageenan free too. Cute clothes and accessories too
