We had Jax Tree removal come out for an estimate the very next day they had us on the schedule for tree removal! I can’t express my gratitude for the amazing job they did! Great job to the team that came to our property!

Jax. Tree Removal did a fantastic job on our property. They've removed a large tree as well as some large debris in from of our home. From the time I called they was on top of it. They're very professional, kind, honest, efficient, and reasonable. I cant say enough about this company and how happy they have made me and my family. This was the best tree removal service I have ever had. You wouldn't even know they were there if the trees were still up.

Hands down the best tree service we have used in Jacksonville. Steve was incredibly prompt and showed up same day to estimate the work and team was out the following week. Team lead Brian was professional and efficient. Highly recommend Jax Tree Removal!

I called Jax Tree about 3: 00 Wednesday afternoon, he called me back within 39 minutes and said he could be at my house in the next hour. Showed up when he said he would. Did exactly what they said they would and had great rates. Thank you so much.

So, I am a big fan of people being where they say they are going to be, and the time they say they are going to be there. This company did not disappoint in any way. From the owner (which is not bad on the eyes) To the foreman who was very professional and very polite. The whole crew was great! They even cleaned up after themselves and leave nothing behind.

I was extremely impressed by Tom and his crew! Tom came the same day I called him to come out to give an estimate on removing 2 trees and grinding the stumps, plus an old stump remaining in the yard.
We were scheduled for tree removal 3 days later! The crew arrived at 8: 30 am ready to go and was completely finished before 11: 00 am. They loaded up all the limbs to haul away and didn't leave behind a single leaf! All the crew was very respectful of our property as well as the next door neighbors.
The price was very, very reasonable for the job they did and I couldn't be happier!
If you need tree work done, call Tom at JAX Tree Removal and you will not be disappointed! I would give more than 5 Stars if I could!

These guys are the best in town. Have used twice and would recommend to anyone. Great communication, quick to come out to provide an estimate, very competitive pricing, great customer service. They utilize high end equipment to get the job done and always clean up after themselves.

Very professional and efficient. I like how they put plywood in my lawn when they had to drive the crane over it. Cleaned up the mess afterwards. Highly recommended. Fair price for the job.

Tom and his crews are exceptional and beyond professional. If you have any tree trimming, felling, or arborist needs, do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed.

They did all right with the tree trimming but caused roof damage and driveway damage. They said they couldn’t do anything about the driveway, and they provided a temporary patch to the roof and said they would get a licensed roofer to make a permanent repair (it was a noticeable hole in the roof). It’s been months and now they won’t call me back. I do not recommend them unless you want to take responsibility for any damage they cause.

Most affordable company I've found for removing large trees. Had some scheduling delays, but can be understood due to the recent hurricane. But even with the delays, they provided proactive communication and exellent customer service.

This company was amazing! Great customer service and they definitely have all the right equipment! Love how the owner is hands on and was putting in work. Thank you!

Cannot Say how good of a job they did. It's such a great value. All of the Guys were completely professional and accommodating. Definitely went well beyond any expectations that we had. Took great care of all of our property and left it far better than they found it.
