Purchased some medical equipment for my Dad and was very pleased with the quality and responsiveness of their employees. Pricing was very good and their assistance with Medicare paperwork was much appreciated.

I found out I had severe sleep apnea and needed a CPAP machine. I wasted 6 weeks with a different company before I gave up on them. I called Jay Home Medical and explained the situation. Everyone there was terrific. They looked for the fax from my doctor and filed it right away. They had approval from my insurance within 2 days, and called to schedule an appointment. The lady that helped me pick out a mask and educate me on the machine was wonderful, and I started using it that night with no problems. I feel so much better already. They did in 3 days what the other company could get done in 6 weeks. What a difference. Thank you to the caring and competent staff at this company.

I've only been their customer for like 48 hours and already they've gone above and beyond, bending over backwards to help me with every little thing. I switched to them after having a terrible experience with my first DME company and I just can't say enough about how awesome they are already. When my husband returned home from rehab, "Andy" delivered our walker from Jay Medical. While he was showing my husband some walking techniques, he heard my daughter and I discussing that my husband would need a hospital bed now that he was home. Andy said he happened to have one in his truck for another delivery and we could get it. He took care of all the paperwork, and proceeded to set up the bed for us. He had it done in no time and our minds were at rest! He still had to pick up another bed and deliver and set it up for the other customer! He was always professional and efficient and kind. He has had obvious experience dealing with patients who are unwell and his low key humor will brighten anyone's day.
As far as our family is concerned, Andy is the face of Jay Home Medical for us! We haven't had such thoughtful service from any company for a long time. He should be made your Employee of the Year!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jay Home Medical Equipment in supplying much needed equipment for my father-in-law who is battling Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimer Disease. They came over and demonstrated the set-up and use of all equipment ensuring that my mother-in-law was well-versed in the safe use of each piece of equipment. When we discovered the need for a lift to assist in getting him in and out of bed, they promptly responded and once again ensured we could use the lift properly and safely.
