I’m moving from Margate after 30 years of living here. One thing I’m going to miss is Mr J. I love this guy. I asked him for this selfie when I told him, this would be my last visit. I can’t even tell you how much he has helped me and saved me money with my pool. Most honest business owner I’ve ever met. Highly recommend, does not even begin to describe his service

Our pump did not work. We thought o- ring and a gasket in the pump were too old. We called a few pool supply in Boca, Coconut Creek and Margate. Lastly J&B Pool Supply had them. The owner, Joe, was very nice. He told me if needed bring to pump in. He will help. After replacing the o-ring and the gasket the pump still leaked. I brought the pump in. He spent 20 minutes QUICKLY replacing the bearing (not sure about the name) for me. He did not charge me for part and labor. I insisted to pay. He insisted saying no. How nice he was. May be once in awhile he does that to his customers? He need to make money to pay his bill like every business owner. He is a nice guy and know his business very well. I am sure that he doesn’t overcharge for his part and services to anyone. I recommend everyone checking the price with him about part and labor to save your money before spend money in other places. Besides, he is very friendly and pleasure to deal with.

Wow. JB helped me on the phone, so decided to stop in. This store is now my first choice to visit for supplies, parts, and advice. VERY knowledgeable, helpful, and has a CAN DO attitude. Why go to a chain, when you can go to a locally owned and operated business-with great prices? Highly recommend.

Truly the BEST pool store I have encountered. My parents always had a pool and two years ago I bought a house with a pool. I remember all the issues my parents had when going to the pool store to get the pool water checked and buying all these products with no results. I was recommended by my neighbors to go to JB Pools. I'm glad I did. It's a no-nonsense approach, professional, HONEST, and every time I go in it feels like I known them forever. If you are new to the area or going somewhere else for your pool needs and want to try a new place, go to JB. BTW, they also service, maintain, and do resurfacing of pools. Need a service part? They also have it. Don't look further as you won't be disappointed…

Started going there about 6 months ago after I had to let my pool service go. It was a great choice. Have been saving money and pool looks great. Great conversations about music and finances as well. Excellent water analysis and advice on pool products. Everyone that walk in gets a big "hi, how you doing" greeting. Check it out.
