I found that what they advertised in the emails I get for them are not really available in the store

I really love shopping at this store. They have a huge variety of stuff. Also the associates are super helpful, especially that lady Rekha and amber are really really wonderful. They will be ready to help you even if they are caught up with their work.

They have an excellent website and curbside pickup system that has been an excellent way to shop this year.

I used to buy all of my dress clothes At JC penney's. Since they have now gotten political and they don't sell my pillow I refuse to go to there any of their stores anymore. If they could leave the politics out I would be happy to.

Great experience, I found my kids shoes, if I need help, there is always somebody available to help.

Very helpful and friendly salespeople.
I wanted a springform pan and wanted to order it to ship to the store for free shipping. A salesperson helped me and I am pleased she did. I also found
Pants and two tops on sale I left the store as women say "I accomplished".
My husband asked if I had a good time, i answered yes i spent money.
Lol seriously great place with great prices. I always find something!

The store is inside the mall of Wellington Green. This is a small Mall comparatively. This pennys was having a major Sales Event so things were very crowded. I was looking for one specific item that I had bought here previously and regrettably it is no longer exist. When you can find a sales assistant they are very friendly and helpful.
Visited this store January 4th 2021 and it certainly has changed. Is like I was more in a warehouse rather than a retail store. I found something I wanted to purchase but the line was long and there was only one cashier. I looked around see if there were other check out for him but found none. I left without a purchase. I wonder if they're going to make it through this year.

The store did not have a large selection of bedding. I wanted a quilt and dod not find what i wanted

Went to JC Penney Styling Salon to initially get a body wave perm. When meeting my stylist, Maria M, she looked at and evaluated my hair. She said that I could get the the fullness and body that I wanted without getting body wave. I really appreciated the time she took to show me how to use some product and with the right hair cut style and layers I can have curl and body I wanted. No other stylist have done that for me these tips he even with a haircut. Thanks again Maria M.for being a caring and knowledgeable stylist. I give Maria M.a 5 Star Rating and will be back to see her as she is my new stylist.

Im. Not please with JCpeeny because the plus lady's clothing are all over the store so hard to shop. Put the plus sizes back in one place so we can shop.and you might be able to keep your doors open cant stand shopping on line.

Waited and 1hr 1/2 only to be told the system had an error and all my items were NOT here. Highly annoyed!

Not sure what's going on with JC Penny's but their penny weight jewelry is extremely over priced. The sale they had was a joke. They upcharged the tag price to sell the merchandise on sale for the regular price. I'd rather shop at Macy's.

When are they reopening? ! All major retailers are up and running, hair salons, nail salons, furniture stores, literally EVERYWHERE? ! Bankrupt JCP, still closed ‍️. You have customers needing to pick up purchases and make purchases with giftcards since you don't allow more than 2 gift card limit online! What a foolish company, bankruptcy was imminent.

Always a great selection, sales and service! I’m not sure what more anyone could want out of a department store. I love shopping at this location.

You can't Never find no employees around to help costumers. Poor management at the store it's mess. They need more Employees to help costumers.

Great dept store if you shop the sales. Good selection of clothing, home furnishings, bedding, jewelry etc. Make sure you take advantage of the sales, otherwise it's not such a good deal.

Except for the parking situation being a little crowded. I was able to get in and out relatively quick. The sales associate that assisted me in the jewelry department was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She identified the item I showed her from last week's sales add, boxed it up and I was on my way.
