Department Store JCPenney reviews
19Always loved Penny's.was wonderful to go in and shop.great deals as always.everyone was so helpful.been long after being at work or home only. I hope Penny's will stay open. I will go back soon
The mall has recently sold, my guess is this store will be closing. I love Penny's, but there were understocked. Sad!
Don't bother getting jewelry from here. The past three items I've gotten have all had the gems fall out of their placements. If you are going to get jewelry from here, make sure you get the protection plan.
Dying in a dying mall. It's ok at best. It used to be good store to grab nice kids outfits for xmass. Not much selection. It's dying
Definitely got the impression they're closing after Christmas. Shelves were empty in the mens department.
Tomorrow's Thanksgiving and I just got off work and the regular barbershop was closed. My daughter remembered going to the salon in j.c. Pennys with her sitter when she was a child. She called and they were able to fit us in.they were great
I was refused service at the jewelry counter and was told to go to another one. Seriously people.
People need to get out and shop. Plenty of inventory and sale items. Shop at the store to get exercise and keep people working.
They have more inventory now than last time I was there so starting to look ready for holiday shopping
So I made a trip back after double checking with my kid that he liked. Lol so fyi they put their sales stands with any comforter not what is on sale. Whoops rephrase all the others were correct only this one was wrong. Spoke to manager Sonya.not her problem. Advised they should at least change so everything coordinates but she just walked away. Hmmm wonder why they are all closing.
Not much merchandise. Long lines and was there 11am on a wensday morning. Prices were hight. Still doing that thing about percent off but you have to do the math. Just don't want to play.
Always loved this store. Would not accept our return. Said we never bought it yet we already paid the bill. Clerk nice but will think hard before ever purchasing anything again. Too many other places we could go
I wish they would open back up the dressing room. I don't like buying then having to return items that don't fit. It's a waste of gas to come back
I just want to say thank you so much to Ms. Lorraine! She is truly an angel. She took the time to help my sister find a good bra size. Her patience and kindness goes above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever experienced at JCPenney. She is an asset to this company.
I really wish they would stock their brick and mortar stores. It's so disappointing to not be able to find much of a selection in clothing and in home goods.
Excellent customer service to help me find the right clothes for my daughter's first day of work. Very good quality and size selection.
Store seems to have less products and more open spaces. Prices were good.
On its way out. You'd think they would want to stay in business. But charging nearly triple what Amazon does makes this a good store to get some exercise in as you'll have no need to slow your place to look at anything at all. Don't be fooled by the sales either. What you buy here for $39.99 marked down to $18.99, you can buy elsewhere for $5.00
I went to buy some shoes and the young lady in the department was very helpful in answering my questions and getting me in and out of the store! Very happy visit@@
The signage for social distancing at the registers is on the ceiling so it's easy to miss. My family and I were the next in line but standing in the wrong spot. The cashier proceeded to rudely tell us where we needed to stand. She then loudly started talking about us to the customer she was checking out. No wonder brick and mortar stores are becoming a thing of the past. Customer service is a thing of the past.
