Worst experience ever! I went to jcpenny to take my baby his 6 months old photos I was 15 minutes late because the baby was sleeping so when I get there I told the lady but she was mad, so we started to take the pictures she didn’t even say something or waited for the baby to smile at the end she took 16 horrible photos to my baby and of those 16 photos I just could take 3…. So if you are thinking to go to JCPenney for photos think twice

J C Penney's always been a remarkable store and I wish their home departments keep selling the fine merchandise they'd used to sell in 2010 and not the mediocre made merchandise of today's market.

One can always count on JCPENNEY for good deals and experience prices, especially on name brands.

Came to pick up a pair of shoes I bought online. I asked the lady if I could see them before I took them home the lady agreed and thank God I did it they looked like someone tan a marathon with them I was horrified how can JCPenny try to sell shoes someone already wore before unfortunately I tried to changed them for another pair they didn’t have any I chose another color and the lady tried returned the ones I bought and tried for me to re pay for another pair instead of just exchanging them since they were same price same style just different color I just walked away so disappointed.

I ordered something online for store pickup at the store and the tracking number showed the item was delivered but yet they never updated the order status on the Jcpenney site. When my husband went to pick up the item they told him it wasn't in the store yet or may have not been sorted. It's been a week and the order status is still showing as "In transit to the store" I called Customer service and was told there's basically nothing they can do. I called the store and spoke with a manager and she was going to call me back and no call back.

Very tidy and well displayed merchandise, lots of clearance and discounted clothing, definitely worth this visit!

The worse shopping experience. There is no one in the department to help. One cashier with about 7 people in the line. Once I got to the cashier, I asked for help in the shoe department, and she called someone. 15 mins later, I'm still standing there with this cashier just looking at me. I finally gave up and left.
