Dale in the drapery department was incredible. I didn't expect that level of service in these days of Covid, and he stayed with us until the decision was made

JC Penney has so many awesome things in their store from clothes to toys to home furniture n deco etc. Prices are great with markdowns + 30-60% off clearance items
Always my Go-to store for birthday gifts, all holiday markdowns etc.

Unorganized no customer service. Practically had to beg them to check me out and take my cash. Spent over 100$.

I love this JCP and Gionni is hands down the most attentive associate they have. Not only did he remember me from my trip in 2 months prior, he asked how things were going with my new job. Team members like him are what makes this location stand out and will always be my go to store.

Unfortunately I as unable to shop I just walked through store to the mall This is my favorite JCPenney

Actually surprising I received a lot of savings Labor Day didn't even realize they're having a sale great experience great salesperson the job recommend a people to try JC Penney's out again or if you haven't been there before check it out I got great selection of everything for kids adults even random goodness we have a great day remember only you can prevent forest fires

Service was great as usual and my cashier was on point.too bad I don't remember her name but she was by the juniors clothing kinda tall and seem to be in her early 20s

Penney's is great. If there's something in the store that isn't your size you can go to the check out and they will help you order what you need and it will be shipped to the store. They email you when your order comes in and you can try it on and if it doesn't fit you can return it. Love that.

I dont know what has happened to the boys and girls section but in this store, it doesn't exist anymore. Instead, they take up also half a floor with picked over "last chance" clearance items. I will not go back.

Penney's is my go to store for back to school shopping. They have a huge selection of kids clothes from birth to adult. Their products are well made and last the year or more. The also carry a side variety of shoes. I always start at Penney's then get whatever I couldn't find there elsewhere.

Just needed Sephora. Love this store. The staff is super helpful at finding you just the right product and color tones you need. If I had any complaint it would be that they are too busy and seem understaffed for their volume of customers. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Love this place.

Have not been to JC Pennys for years. I brought some new polo shirts which were on sale. It was busy but check out was quick.

It's seems clear they will not be around too much longer. Women's clothing section was a disaster. Check out limes were so long I put items back and left

Lots of deferred maintenance in this store.
Easily the worst maintained appearance wise out of the mall's anchors.
Up escalator out of order.
Women's restroom entirely out of order.
Plumbing leaks in the men's restroom.
No cell or wi-fi signal in plus size and furniture departments on the first floor.
Long checkout lines.

Very busy.tax free day.only thing is they forgot to give us the receipt. Can't return anything now!

The ladies in Sephora were awesome and helpful as always. This store always has a huge selection of staples and seasonal items.

I will always luv penneys but i don't like the layout of the checkouts. I preferred them lined up in front.

While shopping for a new mattress, Mr Love assisted us and helped us by being very informative, kind, and did not pressure us ever! We highly recommend JCPennys and their furniture/mattress personnel!
