Like to get my hair done but have no time since they do not open til 11am.ugh
Other than that I suppose it's ok.

Very clean. Very friendly associates. Helped me and my best friend pick out gorgeous suits that we will be wearing to his wedding.

Pricey! My husband bought Docker shorts. They were $60. Bealls had the same exact shorts for less than half that price, plus Bealls offer senior discount. Was not happy with selection at Penney's in the women's department. Doubt that we will ever return.

Love JC Penny, they have the best mens dress pants there. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant. Thanks a bunch

Able to find everything quickly and check out. Prices clearly marked. I will shop this store again.

Found two purses. With the sale price and my 40% off coupon, I got both for under $40. And started my birthdays/Christmas jewelry shopping. Many bargains for good quality merchandise!

Great sales. Other than that, I rarely shop here. Not a good selection for little boy size 3-5 clothing.

Found pants that fit me here. Was very pleased to see a big and tall section that was well stocked. I always have trouble finding pants long enough to fit because I'm 6'6" and have long legs. Very pleased with the price and quality too. I will be back!

I buy most of my shoes here but they have more than just cloths quality cooking supplies bedroom living decorations etc

Pleasant store nice and clean, they have a good selection of clothing. Saw sign that they now sell appliances. Cashiers actually greet you and thank you for visiting their store. One thing that could improve is to have people on the floor helping customers. My son and I were looking for the boys department and the only person we saw on the
floor looked like management and she was in a hurry and did not look back when we tried to get her attention.

Some good bargains and friendly staff but the store is in desperate need of remodeling. Can hardly push a cart around.had to back up several times and clothes are stuffed into racks

This is the only place l will buy rings. The staff is friendly and honest. They will let you know if there is a sale coming up to save more money. And take the insurance for rings. It's well worth it. Includes sizing!

Seems like there were 2 people working in the whole store. Took me 2 trips around the whole store to find someone. Ridiculous.

Prices great, but the store is a jumble. Liked a one stop show dept rather than 5 different ones.

Went for lipstick - got two (thanks Radie &Todd) and white sale so got two full sets of bath towels for me and my man. GREAT QUICK TRIP

False advertising and don't honor sales. I worked for JCPenney for years and I know how proper signing is supposed to be done. An entire rack of clothes supposed to be on sale for a certain price yet the sign is only for 1 item out 10. Makes no sense especially when the item we selected in 3 different colors was directly behind the sign with the advertisement. My mother and I just cut up our JCPenney cards after 15 years because this is a recurring thing at this store.

Who doesn't like JCPenney. They have the best deals on black Fridays and and all holidays. Their photo center was very professional as well.

This store, just like the one in Countryside, is a mess. Clearance was all over the place, I could not find juniors or ladies, every time I turned around, I was in plus size women's. Absolute disaster area.

The store was having a sale. It was only barely busy around 2 pm. The main complaint that I have is about the ladies rest room. It was a disgrace. The floor was filthy and both paper towel dispenses were completely empty. This store is a nice store too but for goodness sake, clean the rest room.
