JCPenney Portraits, Orange Park FL

They where great about taking pictures and all but my concern is for the customers who’s spent hundreds of dollars on pictures and have yet to receive them. I have receive my actually pictures but I orders and portrait and about yet to receive it or receive any phone calls about they delay. When I call customer service I get rude people and they don’t wanna give no information asked to speak with a manger and I was told one would call me in 24 to 72 hours and this was over a week ago! I understand everything that is going on but they could have a little better communication with the customers who have spent there hard earned money on items they are not receiving!

Make sure you ask for Izzy. We had a horrible experience in April of 2019 and gave them another chance for my sons 1st birthday. Izzy made the experience AMAZING! Pictures turned out wonderful.

We go here for all our photos. Usually a great experience. Had a little mix up this last time, but after some communication with the manager everything was resolved and i love my photos. Thank you for making things right and valuing my business.

Miss Amy was very patient with our 3 yr old. She was creative and professional. I have been going to this Portrait studio for the last 4 years. Love it! Always made an appt and have never really run behind.

I’m giving this place a one star me and my family aren’t new comers at this studio our son was home visiting for my 40th bday because we hardly ever get to see him due to him being in the United States Army. Whenever he comes home to visit we always would come to this studio for family portraits.never again this time was a bad experience the photographer we had she wasn’t good at all every last pic we took we were standing she didn’t know how to arrange us with different poses my son and daughter aren’t new to pics so thank God they’re full of life and are photogenic because the photographer wasn’t good at all normally the photographer name Candy would do our photos but she’s no longer there, I don’t think we’ll ever return to the JC Penny portrait studio in Orange Park because it wasn’t a good experience at all I became very frustrated and was ready to go after I saw how she took the pics of my nieces & nephew.

This was me and my wife's first experience with JC Penny Portraits studio in Orange Park FL, and it was amazing! Khloe and the staff there were so helpful and friendly, that it made our photo op go not just smooth, but fun and entertaining. Not once did we feel rushed or unattended to. Khloe, thank you for being such a sweet heart and a professional to us. Our photos came out perfect and your attention to detail definitely showed. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The photographer really impressed me! We came in to redo my son's school pictures and they turned out fantastic. I was amazed that she could relate so well to a 6 year old boy and get him to stop making funny faces in all of his pictures. I will definitely be a return customer!

I have been taking pictures here for years and have gotten some great pictures. The not so great ones are due to kids that won't cooperate. The prices are great with membership and coupons. There is a long wait during the holidays, but not the rest of the year. Just do Christmas pictures early. It's a tough job to make multiple kids look and smile at the same time and they do a great job.

This location is horrible. My family went in during our scheduled time and waited 45 minutes afterwards. The staff was in professional and when we were done and picking the photos he lady helping wouldn’t let us look and all we heard out of her mouth was “ I do not like this one”. If you choose to get photos here, I would go to another one and have a much better experience.
If you are a manager and read this - Please look at a new front lady whom helps chooses because you lost our business and every other person who got photos today.

0 stars if it would allow me to. DO NOT COME HERE! Had an appointment and waited an hour and a half just to have them close our session 8 minutes in. Received not one decent picture. They didn’t ask who we wanted in pictures and did not like kids at all. Tried to make my 15 month old stand on a stool and she fell. She learned to walk a little late and I let the photographer know that and she still tried to make her stand. Then while standing had me hold my 8 week old and 15 month old at the same time (Looked awful in pictures) worst pictures ever!

I just got photos done today and would highly recommend this portrait studio over another competitor where I had been going. I received all the pictures in the sizes I wanted for less than I would have paid else where for more photos that would just sit in a closet. The photographer was great and did so well with my 3 year old. We got some amazing shots, not too many where it is impossible to choose the ones you like, but enough. I only gave 4 stars because I wish there were more props. Next time I will know and bring some balloons or something. Everyone was just so nice! We went early on a weekday so I'm sure that helped. No one else was there.
