They were very professional. We had a slight wait, but not that long. The photographer was very good with my kids. I think he did an excellent job.

The head of the photo department is extremely rude and has no customer service whatsoever.

My appointment was at 1: 15 we didn’t get in till around an hour after but that’s okay I get it! Things happen. It was going great till I mentioned I had a Groupon. The head lady her name is “Marsha” had the nastiest attitude ever. I couldn’t believe what she was saying as if I wasn’t standing right in front of her. “Oh those never work, they take 48 hours” “make sure to tell her she won’t even get her Christmas cards till after Christmas” just a disgusting attitude I feel bad for the employees that have to work with her. 100% a Karen. The man who took the photos was super sweet! And the young lady who works on the photos with the computer also very sweet.

We’ve done JCP Portraits in SI so when we moved here we decided to book because the Christmas card deal is unbeatable.

Unfortunately it was kind of a disaster there. They book waaaaay too many people in the same timeframe and there was only one photographer. We were called in almost two hours after our original appointment time. Our 4 year old was over it so getting nice smiles was tough. We then had to wait 30 min to go through our photos to pick out the ones we want.
I gave extra stars because the people who work there were nice and the scheduling online is probably out of their control. Also, the cards always come out nicely, and the price can’t be beat if you’re on a budget.

Disastrous. I originally had an appointment earlier in the day but was shoved back to the last appointment because I was taking a photo with my cat. I waited over an hour after my scheduled time and when it was our turn, I felt we were rushed through as quickly as possible. No offer for props or much variety for poses. We could tell everyone wanted to close and no one wanted to be there. Our photo had a wardrobe error no one bothered to correct and I had to point it out to them and by then it was too late to retake it. I have gotten better Christmas photos for $10 at small local events so dropping over $100 for photos I did not love did not seem right. Will never get photos here.

Best place ever to do family photoshoots or even with just your baby. Very patience with my son when he was getting fussy. Have to come
here again 5 out of 5

We had such an amazing experience here! Our newborn baby was quite fussy the whole time but our photographer Marcia was so patient and made the experience for us so amazing! Not to mention we got such beautiful photos in the end as well! I am so pleased with this experience and we will most definitely be coming back anytime we need pictures!
