Diana has been photographing my oldest daughter since she was one week old, 6 years later we still are returning.
She is especially talented at making our daughters laugh and smile during the shoot, which makes it fun AND you always get the BEST pictures! We could never thank her enough, memories for a lifetime!
Got there and photographer first greeted me with, "I'm on break. " Then she didn't know what to do or how to pose anyone. Did not know how to work with kids. Got another guy to "help" with kids but he just stood there. No idea who he was. Felt super rushed. She acted all annoyed the entire time. Took no candids. Only got 18 shots while other times have gotten more than twice that. Then when we followed her up to the counter she snapped, what did we need from her? Then another lady did our checkout and she was super rushed and it was just the worst experience ever. Felt like we interrupted their day. Super rushed. Awful customer service. Do not recommend.
