I never go to this place again, terrible haircut done by this lady named Regina, she should be assign to wash hair only not to do haircutting. My hair is uneven and no style at all, even people asked what kind of haircut I have and who messed up my hair.

My wife went for haircut, terrible job that the lady name Regina did. She messed up my wife hair, uneven cut not style at all. My wife showed her the cut she wanted but and the end nothing similar to the photo of the haircut and the price ridiculous for the terrible job.

Alexis did a great job with my hair! This was my first time getting a Keratin treatment and I was a little apprehensive, but I am glad I went with it.

Alexis did a wonderful job on my color blowout and straightening, she has always been a pleasure to be my hair stylist and her client.

Service was good, stylist was very friendly. I'm not sure what happened though. (see photo) the obvious line is bad considering how much this cost.

I enjoy going to this salon since it is at the mall and I can do one stop shopping, but I think the decline of JC Pennys in general has affected the other service’s.
I was disappointed that I had booked two kids hair cuts and received a call that due to scheduling they would have to rearrange the appointments, that’s fine. On the day of, my daughter went first with a stylist that was available for a walk-in. When the stylist that was going to do my sons hair saw what he wanted she said she didn’t feel comfortable. While I was grateful that she didn’t attempt and potentially butcher his hair; I was disappointed that we waited about 30 mins for her to tell me that. Also, don’t offer a service if you don’t feel comfortable.

The worst customer service talking badly and keep canceling appointments and inform us 15 min before appointment with no other option they never care about our time and requested to talk to manager she said will inform the manager i would rate this customer service less than zero

AJ is amazing! I did full highlights this session with her. She did one inch sections, wedged and sliced (I think) was the term she used. Turned out great! Highly recommend AJ for any hair needs and look forward to my next visit with her.

Kelly did an incredible job with my balayage and haircut! The blend looks natural and flawless. Would definitely recommend!

So, there’s a girl stylist by the name of Kat that works here. She is amazing! I have curly hair and always have trouble getting a haircut I like but she always does an awesome job!

Poor service. My stylist was Beth and she did everything in her power to make a good service, however her supervisor told her to apply the wrong whatever number they use, her lack of communication, consideration and service made me really wonder why is she even a supervisor. Beth had to get me another appointment to fix the color.

Chuck was amazing! He really took me from a hot mess to a gorgeous silvery/purple and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the process! Hes extremely thorough and does amazing work! Color and style are beautiful. They got me in as a walk in due to another salons screw up. He will be my stylist from now on! Not to mention the receptionist and the other stylist were very nice! Very clean salon, very well organized, great music and an all around excellent experience! Thanks Chuck!

Chuck is amazing Master stylist and super thorough with requirements for treatments, hair color and cut to keep your hair healthy and lovely.

My stylist is Alysa and she does excellent coloring and hair cut/style. Would definitely recommend.
