My husband and I called JC because our washer was leaking water. JC was here in less than 24 hours. He was punctual, polite & very thorough in making sure the washer worked properly before he left. He also asked me if I had any questions and left his card so I can get in touch with him if I had any other problems.

I knew I was working with someone good when I called before 9 am and JC answered and was able to help me before his office had even fully opened! As we know, anyone being available before 9 am in Miami is unlikely, so I was extra impressed by this. On the phone, he was kind, knowledgeable, and professional and came the very next day to fix my issue!
He was very responsive via phone and text message and was able to get our appliances working when he came. He was kind, professional, and prompt throughout the process. He also mentioned if I had any issues to just give him a call and he'd come as soon as he could to help. Overall, I had a very positive and easy experience and I would definitely go to him again for any appliance needs!
