These guys are the best, from riding advice to servicing your bike this is the place I recommend. Top notch group of guys, excellent customer service, a wealth of knowledge and great prices, you can't ask for anything more. Even you just happen to stop by for a chat you will always feel welcomed and at home!

Can't thank you enough for the great service at a fair rate: The knee scooter my wife was using following her foot surgery broke. The folks at JC's not only fixed it for us in one day, at a very reasonable rate, but it works even better than before. Thanks for helping us by getting her off those miserable crutches and back onto the scooter so quickly!

I've had several bikes fixed here, owner was always helpful and willing to accommodate with pick up times for a dad with little time to spare. Good work, good people, fair prices.

I've used Jc's a couple times. First time was good. This time wasn't. They over-promised a job for Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Under-delivered the job on Thursday afternoon. I "think" they did the job properly, but won't know until the bike arrives at its destination.

Bought a new bike here in March and got a good price and excellent service. The most important part of the sale was the Retul Fit. It's an added charge but it's the most important step of buying a new bike. It helps prevent fatigue, back, and knee pain and makes your ride far more enjoyable.

It's a hike but I bring our bikes here from Lake Mary for all service and repair.

Workers there were recist and terribly disrespectful towardstowards a black man needing help with his bike today in the shop. Instead of helping him the were provoking him trying to get him to become upset. With arrogant and rude manners.

The staff were courteous and understanding to a tourist who needed a bike tube, even as I kept getting mixed up between Presta and Schraeder. It's a high end specialty bike shop, but I got none of the holier-than-thou attitude. Highly recommended.

I'm from out of town and these guys showed me hospitality as soon as I walked through the door. Rode with them on their monday night ride and if it weren't for my new buddy Tod the Pilot Id probably be laying upside down next to an armadillo on some back road. Monday night was a suffer fest for me.fun ride. Good people.

Jc's Bikes and Boards is the best shop I have ever dealt with. From buying a bike to repairs, they are honest and really there to help you. I have never had an issue with my bike that they could not quickly diagnose and fix swiftly. This is the only place you should go to.

I have been coming here for years. Never a problem. Their technical knowledge is second to none. The turnaround for repairs and tune-ups is usually 24 hours. Unbelievable amount of inventory. I will continue to come here because I trust them and the work is done right the first time.
