Older man was rude. Had an attitude when asked how long the fish had been at their store. He was hesitating when I asked to look for smaller fish. He clearly did not want to help me nor did their business need my money, so out the door I went to another fish market. I had no problem paying a premium for better service!

It seems as if they forgot to season the food, it had all the garnishes but no taste, not even the corn and potatoes. I usually come from the northside, but not anymore.

Good customer service, but food pricing was a little confusing when I wanted to order seperate items instead of a combo!

Very very fresh seafood A1 quality but price Was Not Cheap I was shocked at what I spent and I feel lile they added new guy tax on there or something 8.99 lb head on Mayport 9.99 lb 1.5lbs of Red snapper filet charged me 34$ but a lime behind me so I felt like they was getting off on people if they thought u didn't pay attention which it was fresh as it gets and very tasty I will say but I think they added about 8$ tax on my white sweet looking face but Never will I be going back thats for sure. They won the battle but lost a long time of making more money off me granted they seem like they have more then enough customers place was packed.

Luv this place as far as raw seafood they always have everything u want and always the lowest price on oysters

I started going to this store about 6 months ago, and I cant go anywhere else now. Their seafood trays are amazing. More recently I tried a fried tray, and the fried oysters literally melted in my mouth. I'm hooked and now I will go theor for fried fish baskets too.

Prices and customer service was awesome. Catfish was very fresh and was enjoyed very much by my family and myself. I am very picky about catfish. This passed with flying colors!

Good service and clean inside, which is super important for a seafood market. At first, when we approached, the crab looked dead but the attendant picked one up and they all sprang into action. They got some fiesty blue crabs. Prices are pretty good and can't wait to make us a crab boil!

They got some reasonable prices I love to go there he break u off deals on the shrimp that I’m sure u all can enjoy and the crabs are not that expensive as I thought but go try them out

Typical seafood market! Lots of fresh options, live crabs, and the snapper was as fresh as it gets. The garlic butter shrimp is everything. They do not de-vein the shrimp so be aware. $15.99 for the large portion $7.99 for the small. The shrimp are huge and well worth the money.

Very fast and friendly I came in the minute they opened and got three medium sized dozen of crabs they were nice and heavy.

You may not believe this but, I drive 1: 45 mins. One-way to purchase crabs from here, and it's worth every minute.

I love love love JC’s Garlic crab! I’m from Rhode Island, when I make my visits to see family this is the first on my list to get. Great service and great quality! They’ve got me hooked!

Always good and fresh! We have tried a lot of different crab shacks in the city & we always come back to JC’s. When Sheldon is back there putting your tray together you know it’s about to be hitting!

Loved the crab legs and the staff was very friendly. The sanitation was questionable, but I watched them very carefully as they handled my order.

Jc's is the shuznit. I only go there for there delicious garlic king crabs. Its probably the best in Jacksonville now. Not a sit down place. Take it home.

Good season crab tray. My only issue was how many was in there. Might have to start checking and then before you leave.

Great crabs. You have to ask them to put lemon on your garlic crabs. I especially liked the option of having to choose my tray size.

They have fresh fish, crab and sbrimp trays. However the trays are not worth the price they charge. The crabs are small and they break them in half. You are getting less than a dozen for $21.99 So check elsewhere first.
