01-05-24: Had them back AGAIN to do my Lanai floor. I'm telling ya, Roberta and team are awesome.

Update 11-17-22: Hurricane Ian storm surge came within 1/2 inch of flooding my home. My garage floor although sits lower and took water. The border that JDL installed at base of the walls was just enough to essentially waterproof the garage. Only took a quick "light" power wash and everything clean now. Great job AND I'll be back for the house in Ft Myers I just purchased

12-28-21: Just as I noted in my review last year, I came back for them to do my garage. AWESOME job, just blown away. And it's a garage floor, who would have thought u could get this excited over that. They were quick, had everything ready and nailed it. Thank you Roberta and team!

Update 06-01-20: Changing to 5 star, they do great work! Just a series of unfortunate bad timing during pandemic. James is a road warrior and did call me. We met, scheduled and done within the week. THANK YOU! Ill be back to have the garage floor done.

Outstanding job all the way around. Roberta was fantastic to get things set up, and the install guys were on-time and on-point. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to turn their carport into the Garaj Mahal

We could not be happier with our new garage floor from JDL! We did get several other quotes from other companies but Roberta from JDL was the most helpful and informative so we went with them and we are so glad we did. Roberta helped us pick our own flake colors and the floor came out better than we even anticipated. Victor and his helper were awesome and we really felt like they cared about doing a great job. Makes the garage into another living space! I am adding pictures but feel like the garage looks even better than these pictures!

JDL re-did my logia and lanai floors. Grinded the floors, fixed all cracks and then did color flakes with epoxy! Fantastic job, great price, very professional, on time and just a great people to work with!

JDL Surface Innovations removed 12x12 ceramic tile from a concrete lanai, ground down the concrete surface to a smooth finish, and installed an epoxy floor. We LOVE the floor & appreciate JDL working us into their schedule to get the job started & completed without any hiccups. Did my garage floor (farmed out to sub contractor (AFF) who when I called used vulgar language and didn’t care). After a month oil got on the floor and stained the floor. They said that was not a cover item. What garage floor doesn’t get oil on it. They are the worst company I have ever delt with! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN DO NOT USE THEM!
They are very good at saying they are not responsible as you will read below. I had my garage done in NJ and have spilled everything on it and it still looks brand new.after spending thousands so you think they should fix it or send you a kit to fix it yourself. Lol that’s what I think too.

JDL did a great job on my new 3-car garage floor. They arrived on time and got the job done in 1 day with no complications. Very satisfied.

The installers worked well together and worked steadily until the job was done at 6pm. They were friendly and did a fantastic job sanding off layers of paint and glue and applying an epoxy flake covering. We are very pleased with our newly refinished lanai floors.
Also, the job was done within a week of contacting them, and communication with the company was excellent.
