Bought an engine and was 18 days out of warranty. Engine doesn't run like its supposed to owner say because someone left a review about it he isn't going to do anything about it and o well to bad. Its your motor. I would not be buying anything from them any more. I would not do business with them

Bought an engine swap from them. After getting all the parts we needed to complete the swap and getting engine in car, the engine is bad. Contact them to see what can be done and we are told they can't do anything because we are 18 days out of warranty. The engine they sold me was bad from the day I bought it. Sold me a bad engine and now I have to eat it. Very poor customer service. I would NOT recommend anyone to this company. I own a repair shop and this was the first and last engine purchased from them!

The customer service is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! They have any car part that u need at a affordable price. I highly recommend JDM to ANY & EVERYONE! ️

Great service and great prices! Many young girls including myself have been ripped off by mechanics but I’ve never dealt with that when I go to sams shop!

Sam and the staff at JDM Worldwide is very professional very reasonable and fast with their service. I was looking all over for a transmission for my Odyssey JDM had just what I need everywhere else what's going to take about a week to ship it to me JDM it's right here in Jacksonville where I live. I paid for it Friday evening and it was ready on Monday they loaded it up and I was about my way thank you for your great services.

Purchased 4 engines so far and 3 transmissions! Amazing customer service Sam really looks out and sends engines free delivery to me. Happy customer.

This is chop shop they get stolen carts and sell stolen parts. It’s a horrible place don’t get caught buying stolen goods.

They are very rude, unprofessional and are not good at working on vehicles. If the car does not run after they are finished working on it, it is my fault.

Sam was awesome, I was more than please with the product and the service I order my engine by Thursday noon and got it the next day fri by 11 am, not to mention it was coming from another state. The communication was great they answered all question in promptly manner. The price was good and the engine was in a good shape I put it in the car the next day so far it is running real good that what I was expecting, even I couple shop was surprised with the service and engine that they want to start doing business with them I would definitely recommend and do business with them again.

No stars. I was told on the phone they had the part I needed. When I arrived they could not find it.

I called ahead and they told me they had my part so I could come get it, but when I got there they didn't have it. I was a bit upset but I asked for another part that I hadn't intended on buying that day. Total cost for that part was $130 but since they didn't have the part I came for. They gave me the other part for $60. So all is made up.

JDM Worldwide was very helpful with my purchase of a 1jz-gte and there customer service is excellent. Any time I had a question with my purchase they would always answer me quickly and clearly. Their prices are excellent and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing imported parts.

EXCELLENT BUISNESS, had everything I needed for good price and in great condition! I run a auto dealer ship and hell be my first call for my crash victims at streamline auto sales!

Drove 2 hours to pick up some parts here that I confirmed over the phone that they had just to find out that some parts were missing/stolen when I got there. Nonetheless they gave me a better deal on the few parts they did have granted they we're damaged.
