ALthough I am a new patient with Dr. Keen, I can already tell you what an amazing experience I've had with not only Dr. Keen but also the fantastic, highly professional, and kind members of his staff who go far out of their way to make you feel comfortable and part of their office family, especially the x-ray techs.

I have been going to Dr. Keen (and this practice, also to Dr. Gay) since 2011. I am a very satisfied patient. I especially like the physician's assistant, Jason B, who administers the shots that I get in my knees for arthritis pain. Although the wait times can OCCASIONALLY be long, I attribute that to the large population of senior citizens in the area and to the high school athletes, all of whom have joint issues, and of course these professionals are in GREAT demand. I originally started going here because both my husband and I worked in Palm Coast, and it was convenient to go after work. We have since move 35 miles away, yet we continue to come back here for care, even though other similar doctors are available within 1-2 miles our our home. We can usually get an appointment within a month (sometimes longer) and the doctors do try all reasonable alternatives to avoid surgery. I have allergies and other health conditions that prevent me from taking many oral pain meds, and the knee injections have worked well, and although nerve-wracking, are really not painful when they are so professionally administered. Dr. Keen's nurse does bend over backwards to deal with the ridiculous requirements of insurance companies, and always returns my calls in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this practice, and in fact, my husband goes there too. Several of my friends go here too, and are very satisfied with Dr. Keen. I know I'm ultimately going to need a knee replacement, and the only one I will trust to do it is Dr. Keen!
