I was seeking out physicians who specialize in hairline restoration as well as eyebrows. I wanted to have one procedure for both my hairline and eyebrows. After thorough research I decided upon Dr. Epstein. Dr. Epstein and his team answered all of my questions prior to my procedure and followed up with me after the procedure. I haven't had a proper hairline nor have my eyebrows been full (due to over plucking) in about 20 years. Exactly 3 months after my procedure I have OBVIOUS growth in my hairline (that same hairline that I haven't seen in 20 years). Also, I comb through my full eyebrows instead of drawing them in. I no longer have to wear my hair in certain styles to cover up my hairline. My only regret about the procedure was that I didn't come to Dr. Epstein's office years ago. I am glad I came. This review is kind of hard for me to write because i researched dr Epstein for a LONG LONG time, since i was 17 and got my forehead reduction at 25 and always knew i would choose him for my procedure. I am not writing this review to alter anyones decision to go to him as a surgeon, i am simply writing my PERSONAL experience since it was such a life changing procedure for me. I am 8 months post op. I had a great experience with the staff from day one. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly towards me. Day of surgery I signed all paperwork and then finally Dr. Epstein came in to see me and looked at my forehead and told me how far down he could lower my hairline and though slighly disappointed, he told me we could change surgery to a different day and do a transplant instead but i said no and went through with the hairline lowering surgery as my mind was set even if it dont come out as low as i wanted, (not his fault, simply dont have the most flexible scalp) I obviously dont blame him for that. Any who, probably spent a total of 4 minutes with him before i got sent in for the procedure. Woke up everything went well. Later that night i experienced extreme blurriness so my mom reached out and i was advised to go to hospital. I ended up falling asleep and woke up to the blurriness being gone so i went on about the day. Fast forward to taking bandage off, i seen my results and i was THRILLED. I loved it! Fast forward a week and stitches were removed. Okay so hair was gone around the incision and temple area which i didnt freak out about at first because I mean i just had surgery and i kind of expected. UNTIL it got worse and worse and worse. I reached out to the dr and he told me only 5 percent of people get hair loss and none of his patients have experienced it. Then told me he was getting on a plane and he would reach out next day. Never did. I reached out to his office and they sent me for blood work. Ferritin was low so they told me to take the vitiamins L-Lysine and recommended nutrafol which i took both. They also told me i have telogen effluvuim. I asked how bad was this going to be and was told it wouldn’t ldnt get bad but they were wrong. You can see my whole hairline missing and my scalp is see thru in many areas. I wish i knew something like this could of happened so i could of prepared mentally to go through this. Anybody can just say its hair but hair is apart of most people's confidence so it's very hard to watch your hair fall out and get thinner and thinner beyond your control. The staff seemed a bit annoyed of me reaching out about this concern and told me they would reach out later to see how i was doing and they never did. They just seemed bothered once the surgery is done with, its like they don’t care from that point on. I have learned to love the size of my forehead because it does look much better then before. Losing my hair like i am is just extremely hard and if you get this done just be aware it can happen to you as well. I wish they were a little more helpful for patients that experience this as well. I thought i would return for a small hair transplant to round everything out but with the aftercare experience I had, I dont think so. Ive rewatched some of his youtube videos for forehead reductions and now notice several woman have hair missing well behind there scar as well.

My experience with Dr. Epstein and his team was great! I had surgical hairline advancement surgery done. My surgery was done on a Friday and I stayed in the area until Monday in case of any complications. So far no complications and everything is looking wonderful! I am very happy with the results so far. The first pic is a before pic side shot. The second pic is the day of surgery with a few mark ups. The third pic is two days post op and the fourth pic is after a fresh washing and cleaning of the surgical site. The fifth and sixth pics are both 6 weeks post op. Small hairs have already started to regrow in some places…scarring is minimal! I barely see the fine line that was made to advance everything. The full regrow process will likely take a few more months. The results are amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and team!

Such an amazing experience! Dr. Esptein is so kind and attentive, and I’m so happy I trusted him to do a revision on a previous surgery by somebody else. His whole staff was so helpful, personable and considerate. They even held my hand during the revision which I really appreciated. This has been the best experience ever. Dr. Epstein and his team are the best. I have felt so pampered by them during both of my procesures. I met Dr. Epstein in 2019 when I got and eyebrow transplant surgery. I love how my eyebrows turned out and the shape Dr. Epstein helped me achieve. But, I still wanted a little touch up. I debated for a long time before deciding to finally do it. Before the day of my procedure, his staff made I have all the information I needed to have a smooth trip to Miami and to properly prepare for my procedure. The day of my procedure, I met with Dr. Epatein and we discussed what I wanted to archive this second time around. His attention to details and professionalism assured me that everything was going to be okay. His team was also very nice and made me feel very comfortable. After the procedure was done, they made sure I looked presentable for flight back home. I am so happy I finally went for my touch up and for getting and eyebrow transplant with Dr. Epstein. He really cares about his patients and his team are very professional and really care to help patients feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and his team for an eyebrow transplant pecedure. They are the best.

I was the recipient of a terrible hair transplant in the 1980's. Over the years, numerous surgeons turned me away in my attempts to repair it. It was my good fortune to meet Dr Epstein a few years back He patiently explained my options and was successfully able to repair my hairline. Over the past 2 years Dr Epstein has performed hair transplant procedures and most recently neck lift, eyebrow lift and hairline lowering procedures. The results turned out to be far beyond what I expected. I thought I was gonna take off a couple of years but people are now mistaking me for being in my early 50s’. Not bad for a 64 year old. I visited all the top doctors in South Florida. I live in BocA Raton. I chose Dr Epstein in Miami. Dr Epstein is the best doctor. He is hands on the entire surgery and is brilliant and an artist. His Nurses and Technicians have all been with him for over 10 years. That in itself is remarkable. Dr Epstein is honorable and honest. He is worth double the price he charges. It’s very unfortunate your name is that of well, that other guy. Hopefully this has not effected your brand because you seem very good at what you do and with how many years of experience you have. I know alot of people would say “change your name” but it’s hard when it’s your brand that we’re talking about. A name change in your field is unimaginable so I hope the best for you.

Dr. Epstein and his technician team are top notch. Their priority was to make sure I was comfortable and were very attentive to all of my needs during the procedure. The procedure was painless and it felt more like a day at the spa then in surgery. The office even provided lunch. I recommend Dr. Epstein and his magnificent skills. I trust no other doctor for this procedure.

I just had my 2nd hair transplant procedure with Dr. Epstein. I can’t recommend him and his staff highly enough. He is a true artist with how he places the transplanted hairs to produce a very natural result. Many hair surgeons (from my extensive research) lack this important skill. Dr. Epstein is also one of the few top surgeons that offers a “No Shave” FUE option that makes it hard to detect that you just had surgery (depending on your procedure type.). Dr. Epstein’s staff is also amazing. Very caring staff that will take great care of you. I could have had my recent procedure done locally where I live but was happy to fly to Miami as I trust Dr. Epstein’s top-notch work.
