I didn’t like the way they clean my truck inside they didn’t clean properly coffee drips was still there didn’t clean my window dashboard was still dusty mats was dirty I would not there again

Been going to Jeffrey’s for years. Moved, and still drive out of my way…. Never disappointed by their service! Go. Now.

There is no access to cold water because you can’t leave your station at all. They sell drinks to the employees and keep raising the prices. When employees started going to the bathroom to refill water bottles from the sink they took off the cold water handle on the sink. You don’t get a break at all. Full timers are sent him early when part timers come in. They are way over staffed. Every-time some one new comes in they send people home. You pool tips. We were supposed to get tips on Saturday unless “something broke” and they kept our tips. Employees are encouraged to vacuum up all the change/money they find in the cars they are cleaning. It goes in a big bucket and at the end of the week the owner comes and takes it and keeps it.

They have always done a good job and tke pride in what they do. I drive past about six car wash palaces to go there. Worth the extra time and miles to get my car cleaned right

Took the GSA here. Body of truck came out mostly clean. Front window was still dirty, dirt was left around the wipers. A simple rag wound have cleaned that. I assumed since there were 5 people on the truck it would have been cleaned but it wasn’t. Not worth driving back 20 minutes to get them to fix it…

I wasted $30…. They didn’t clean ANYTHING… rims are still dirty. I am BEYOND angry. I could’ve gone to Car Spa and run it through the wash myself for $10…. I hope you all close down and go out of business. You robbed me. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off get a membership at Gate Express or LUV or CarSpa for $30 and have UNLIMITED washes.

We had them do the works, and they had it looking as close to brand new. Smelled fresh too!

I have 5 kids so my car was filthy inside and out. They made it look so good and it smelled so nice when I got back in. Took only 10 minutes, if that long. Was so worth it for this busy mom!

Swore I’d never go again but tried them again today. Paid $51.00 dollars for a valentine gift and came home to wash it again. Way too expensive, not a fan of the Armor All products they use. I paid an extra $5.50 for Rain X and my windows looked like they were washed with a chocolate bar.
Save some money and just do a drive through….

Worst customer service on the planet came back after they took my antenna on an update back on wouldn’t even give me a free $10 car wash. I hope they stay in business for another two weeks.
