I bought this product last year heater motor went out been trying to contact the company for 2 weeks no response back to emails and nobody is answering the phone, all I want to do is to replace the motor

They make a good product based on “other”people’s opinions on truck forums. But unfortunately I was not able to get a hold of anyone from this company after a few emails and along with phone calls. I ended up calling shoreline they were glad to answer the phone and take my money.
Hard to sell a product if you expect people to porches on hopes that they are ordering the right part. Save yourself the time and frustration and call shoreline or Soaring Eagle, both of those companies where very friendly and easy to get a hold of.
