I have been a Jencare client for the past 8 years. After many visits to the dermatologist for teenage acne, Jencare products were the only ones that worked for me. I started in an intense routine, but now I use a combination of natural products with Jencare moisturizers.

Shipping is efficient and the team at the Miami and Kingston offices are great.

I have been using Jencare products for over 20 years. The results I have received from using Jencare surpass any other products I have used. Peta-Gaye and all the staff are very warm, knowledgeable and always provide a welcoming atmosphere each time I visit. I highly recommend Jencare Skin Farm and all their products and services. Hands down, JENCARE IS THE BEST!

Best products my skin absolutely loves them! My acne, the texture and over all look of my skin has improved drastically. I've been using their products since 2017. Seriously, get you some!

I received a Swiss Massage with the employee, Mrs. Peaches. The massage was superb. I was relaxed and felt safe at the spa. Using warm oil, Mrs. Peaches gave me a full massage, adding additional pressure to areas that were tight or tensed. I strongly recommend this spa and employee to anyone interested in receiving a Swiss Massage.

Jencare’s Skin Farm & Day Spa is in a class by itself! The excellence in service begins from the receptionist to your actual service appointment. I highly recommend this spa for any man or woman who wants excellent and quality care for their most precious asset - their body!

Excellent skin care products for black skin! I've been using JSF products for over 25 years on my acne-prone skin. It's been a joy to watch this company grow and evolve. Awesome job Peta-Gaye and Jencare staff.

I love Jencare Spa, the staff is very professional and polite. This is best the facial I’ve ever had, Peta-Gaye knows what she’s doing. Their products have done wonders for my skin.

Love this place service is great and the staff is very polite. However I’m face with a situation that I have tried resolving and no one in mgmt has yet to reach out to me after several requests and attempts. I’ve been a customer for 2 years never had an issue. I had an appt I am aware of the policy that is outlined when booking that appt must be cancelled with 24 hours of booking or your charged for the service. As a result I ensure I’m very prompt on cancelling. I called to schedule an appt and was advised my account is prepaid because I missed an appointment and they were unable to process payment. The card they have on file I no longer have as that card was provided when i I initiated service. I explained to Kelly that can not be correct because I’m very meticulous about keeping my appts to avoid being assessed I updated my card information and she scheduled an appt no issues. My daughter and I contracted Covid I called and cancelled the upcoming appt and advise I would call back when I was Covid free! Called back to reschedule spoke with Julissa who is adamant that I can’t book with out payment which in fact I did after speaking with Kelly. I’ve called several times since last year asking to speak with mgmt it is now June 2022 and I’ve yet to receive a call or any follow up I called today to speak with Peta Gaye and was told she will not have time to speak with me! I have been waiting since December of last year for follow up. I will see if anyone reaches out to me in near future

Great concept. Walls need sound proofing. You can hear patrons in the lobby while getting a massage.

It's unfortunate that I even I have to do this, but this will be worth the 5 minutes from my day to write this. I am extremely disappointed with this business and their management. I received a Gift Certificate from my aunt for my birthday in December 2019. I initially tried to redeem the certificate in early January 2020, however the spa was booked. Not too far after, the pandemic hit. Due to the pandemic and then a pregnancy for me, I was unable to use my Gift Certificate. I recently contacted the spa to see what were my options were. I spoke to a young lady who was not very friendly nor understanding. She stated that there was nothing she could do and my GC was no longer valid. I even told her that I was willing to spend far more than the $100.00 and also book my sister's bridal spa day party there. She could care less.

Needless to say I was disappointed, but what upset me more was her poor customer service and her carefree attitude. I asked for a manager and she stated she was the only person available. I still requested to speak to some one else. She then gave me an email to address my concerns. I sent an email and of course, no reply.

I had to call the spa back to speak with someone about my concerns and my unanswered email. After speaking to a different young lady, she apologized for my experience and stated that she would relay my message to a manager right away. A few minutes later, the young lady called me back, and not the manager. She immediately advised "Sorry, the certificate is no longer valid". The manager didn't even have the professionalism to call me and speak to me directly.

I then sent a follow up email stating I will never recommend their spa and that I am going to leave a poor review.miraculously.the manager decided to respond after l mentioned leaving a poor review.

Please do not spend your money here. This company cares more about money than customer care and service. They have pocketed the $100.00 my Aunt spent and have also loss future business with my friends and family. At this point, I don't even want to go there, I just feel bad that the $100.00 was wasted by my aunt. In addition, after reading other reviews, it appears they have a trend with poor customer service.
