Mr Schauer arrived on time to service our AC and called prior to let us know he was 5 minutes away. He proceeded to inspect every corner and crevice of the “cold side” components whilst also answering all my questions in a manner that a non-specialist could understand. He went on to correct several issues that had been left by the previous AC installer even though they were not from his company. This was “service” that was beyond my expectations. This gentleman then put on his shoes and went out to take a look at the condenser. When he returned he further advised me on using the AC app and showed me the notes that he had taken. Mr Schauer is a rare find in these days as he is an expert in his field of ac, respectful and truly dedicated to being of “Service” to his customers. He is exactly the kind of person you wish for a neighbor! A real gem.

The folks that pick up the phone at the office are super friendly and accommodating. It always amazes me when I call in the spring and fall, the height of the air-conditioning busy season, they’ve always gotten out within a day, two days max.

The tech notifies you when he’s on his way, well before he arrives. The office does the same.

Just had Bobby Shauer here to do our bi-annual HVAC service. He was one of the most respectful and professional service providers to ever enter our home. He explained the components of our system and why proper servicing includes the steps he performed. In addition there was no upselling, just 100% professionalism.

I called Jenergy Air Services for a semi annual check up/appointment and was prominently scheduled. Such a positive experience with serviceman Bobby. He was very knowledgeable and gave great explanations of what he was doing on the services he was providing. The work he did was flawless. Jenergy is always very responsive and today was no different. Sent technician Robert (Bobby) Bobby was professional, friendly & handled my issue quickly.

Bobby is an excellent technician, and deserves five stars for his professionalism. Only the company, however, deserves less than one star Bobby was extremely professional, and informative. We are very disgusted with the installation of our new system that we’ve had nothing but constant problems with since the day it was installed. We are also very disgusted with the workplace mannerisms from the owner and the attitude towards our project, the employees that previously worked here that were clearly untrained and unprofessional. We were told during the bidding process that are ductwork was fine and they even had a gentleman come out here from a company that stated our ductwork was fine for a new system. Then we started having issues with our brand new system 100% paid for by the way and then they said the ductwork needed to be changed. This cost us an additional $9000 which put the total price higher than anybody that had previously bid this project. The attitude of the owner was horrible and very unprofessional. In fact, I as a business owner myself was caught so far off guard I didn’t know what to say. This company will never work in my home again to do any other future installations, no matter if the work was free. Bobby, however, is the first employee that I’ve met from this company that actually knows what he’s doing and I am looking forward to them coming back and finishing the installation that they started 4 months ago. I was informed today that the new air handler was never installed properly and this is the second one that they’ve had to put in. It seems to me that they have a real training issue as well as an attitude issue but with Bobby with his many years of experience at least I know that they have one good employee. This is one of many reviews that we will be posting as a consumer, because the owner nor there technicians in the field other than Bobby care about the client. We are just so fed up that we will now start posting on Facebook, Yelp, and Better Business Bureau. Our story is our little house with our 4 ton system that cannot work properly due to improper installation and workmanship. We chose Jenergy because we thought they were different, and they clearly are bottom of the barrel different. I do not recommend to anybody using this company as they will lie to you to get a sale and then you will be stuck paying more thousands of dollars to get your job done. We have drywall damage in our home because of this company and now we have to worry about mold and mildew and nobody from their company has reached out to resolve this nor care about this, so that’s why we are leaving such a truthful and disheartening review. We are considering contacting our lawyer, because somebody needs to stop these people from these practices that are obviously accepted by their owner.

Our Trane heat pump was installed in 2018 by another AC company. We received an Alert Code for the 2nd time in 8 months which stops giving out cool air. The service technician was Bob & he just started with the company.
Last time it was loose wires that needed to be tighten but this time it ended up being many wires that needed to be replaced. Bob was here for awhile but worked so hard & was very professional. He kepted me updated on what he was doing. We now have cool air blowing out of the vents! Hope to see him again at the 6 month checkup
