First time at this dealership.
They did an exceptional job considering the UAW strike. They provide Good Old Fashion Service from a bye gone era. Nice to know places like this still exist.

This was my first time going to Jenkins Jeep Dealership. We travel full time and needed to get a routine service on our Jeep. I made an early appointment online and arrived at 7: 30. The Service writer said it would take about 90 minutes. I waited in the Customer Lounge where they had breakfast pastries, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. At almost exactly 90 minutes my car was finished. They didn't try to up sell anything additional, which I appreciated. I will definitely return next time we are in town.

BUYER BEWARE! Sold me a 2020 wrangler with the auxiliary battery light on, knowing it was a problem and that I was a first time jeep owner. Sales man took allen wrench off key chain before handing keys over.never buying from anything Jenkins owns/operates again.

Chris is a good guy and helpful and I have bought my last 5 car's from this dealership now and the rest of the crew is great normally they will get the best rate and most people will never have contact with them I walked in and they were getting my approval and they were all very much dedicated to get you in a few car's and can get a pre approval for you to have a idea of what you are going to be able to get into. Just got a new 2023 hornet color gunmetal and black and I just got a 19 cr-v then I decided that I was not happy with it so I went up and I was able to get the hornet gt and I was very impressed with the way I was able to get the swap out for the 2 cars or SUV

And now, I just purchased a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid from Jenkins! I love it. I have owned some awesome cars, but I truly love this Pacifica! I'm very happy with the deal we worked out! I got a great deal on my Challenger SRT8 first edition here, so I wasn't surprised to find that I could also get an awesome deal from them on my Pacifica. They not only gave me a great deal, they delivered it to me at my new home in Clearwater, and picked up my trade!

Jenkins is a dealership that is unique among their so-called competitors! They earned my trust and I didn't feel that nagging feeling that you always have when driving off a dealership lot, that you paid too much, or got the short end of the stick!

I feel great about my latest purchase from this dealership. It has worked out that Jenkins is my first and only choice when buying a new vehicle. The only problem I had was fighting the urge to get that Challenger Deamon they have as well! But unfortunately I'm out of garage space.

Appreciated the great treatment with my service for my dodge truck. Also left with a squeaky clean wash & vacuum of interior complimentary! Thank You

3 months ago my husband bought a 2012 Dodge ram but they needed to be apart that had to be ordered and it was on back order and it wasn't coming in. So we went back and they give us another option for a 2014 Dodge ram Big Horn and that needed also a part and on top of that they lost my husband's license plates. Now I just got off the phone with the gentleman that I've been working with and he still has not put in an application for the lost license plate now we're talking about 3 weeks now and still no word on the part. This is not good customer service. I would not recommend this place to get a used vehicle and we really thought that by going to a dealership we would have no problems but apparently we have problems. So now we are still down by one car and my husband has to drive my car to wherever he needs to go. I just want to get this straightened out and get back to normal. I think between the 2012 and 2014 there were more issues than they told us about, honesty doesn't get you anywhere anymore but I just wanted to put it out there. Look out for someone else to deal with when it comes to looking for a used vehicle!

I told them i had bad credit and what i owed on my suv and i didn't want to waste there time or mine but they said that they could do something because they have over 40 lenders and it was the end of the month but it didn't happen so it was a waste of time for them and me
