Was driving to Orlando on vacation when I hit a pothole and blew 2 tires.
Had the truck tow me to the nearest genesis dealer which was Jenkins. Dropped off on a Sunday night. I had a text from Adam early the next morning. He was always in communication on the status of the vehicle and professional. Picked up the GV70 on Wednesday morning.

I had a fantastic time at Jenkins when buying my new GV70! Kia truly stands out as the finest salesperson we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The most horrible experience in service department ever. Don’t make appointment and think you have appointment. Made appointment online and chose option staying with vehicle. 2 and half hours later still hadn’t started. One worker stated clocking off and leaving car in hands of next worker but it should be next in line. Wait 30 more minutes and check with new worker and he says he told me he was leaving me a car but didn’t say what car or for who. At this point they can’t even find my car. For 30 minutes. About to call police to report it stolen when then told we found it in a back lot. Service manager very rude. Not helpful. States can try to get car in shop right away but would take at least two hours for a tire rotation and oil change. The most horrible experience ever to where we will never buy another Genesis and are escalating this complaint.

Sales team were friendly but they changed the deal right before signing. Almost walked out. Ended up paying more than what was negotiated before signing.

Vehicles are great quality inside and out.

Took my 2022 GV80 that I bought from them to get it serviced, asked for a loaner car on the phone they said ok, arrived to the location, loaner not available, service provider was very rude and not helpful, even when asking him for a shuttle, he won't check on that for me, kept on say "you can have someone pick you up".
Service department didn't reset the service alarms on my car, still says needs oil change despite me asking the service rep to reset that so the alarms are accurate when I see them.
Had better experience my last time there, very disappointed this time.
