15As usual the best experience a person can have at this dealership. I want to especially thank my service adviser Craig for absolutely going out of his way to make sure everything was complete and for other issues that I had absolutely the best thank you. Everyone goes out of their way even though I was just here for service very friendly very knowledgeable very honest five stars out of five stars Plus. Highly recommend coming to this dealership whether it's service purchasing a new car or just coming in to look around.
Avoid at all costs. Complete waste of time & deceptive sales practices. I received an online quote, but when I arrived they tried to mark the price up by 70% percent. They literally tried to sell me a $33K car for $52K then said they would give me a deal at $42K.
I expected that they would tack on the usual extras, but they added $20k to the internet price for the exact car they quoted. I honestly thought it was a joke at first, realized they were seriously not going to honor their advertised pricing and left.
Take the time to drive to another dealership if you value integrity and ethical business practices.
If I could give negative stars to the service department, I would. Brought my brand new kia in for cosmetic issues and left with electrical issues. Brought the car back for electrical issues, was told I would be kept updated. Received no contact for over 24 hours. Finally made 5 calls and left 5 messages and was called back and told car was fixed. They did not fix it. I got into a big argument with the line manager. He stormed off. Car still isn't fixed. He never even wrote down the problem I was having. Now I can't drive my brand new car as I wait for a part on back order. Line manager has an attitude problem!
Every single time I bring my vehicle to get service I have an exceptional experience. I am very grateful to all the staff for giving me great and fast service. My vehicle was given to me spotless. Every single person I encountered provided me with the best customer service.
Was greeted with a hello from Craig and he tried to expedite my service. He showed us to the waiting area and told us we were welcome to have coffee, water or a snack and to make ourselves comfortable. We enjoy returning and dealing with the same person who is familiar with us and our needs. When our service was completed I was walked to my car and we checked everything out before leaving the dealership. Craig is a knowledgeable service representative.
I have been waiting since Oct 16.2023 for answers about my cancelled warranties. It shouldn't take this long to process
So frustrating having to contact the finance department weekly for an update. Never ever will I get the extended warranty coverage
I live an hour away, so I called first to ensure they had the car I was interested in. Also asked if the price on the website was somewhat accurate and was told yes to both questions. Arrived, and the window sticker was literally $20K more than the website. When I complained I was told the guy who answers the phone's job isn't to sell cars, it's to get people in the building. Sales rep repeatedly said things that conveyed, "this is just how it is" whenever I pointed out what terrible business practices they were following, including asking me "did you read the fine print? " at one point. Maybe seeing this wasn't helping, we were quickly passed off to the sales manager who put together a deal for us that was 25% off sticker price, but it was still too high. Ended up getting the same car at another dealership for $2K less.
What Jenkins does (at all their locations, it seems) is load the car up with overpriced accessories ($599 for all weather floor mats, $349 for mudguards, $249 for a roadside kit, etc.) and a "protection package" additional warranty in order to inflate the sticker price about 30%. Then they give you most of that for free so they can lower the price and help you feel like you're getting a good deal. Oh, and they are also still doing $5-10K 'market adjustment' fees on lots of vehicles, giving them more cushion. This was on Sportages.
If you love playing these kinds of games, this is the place for you. I just wanted a new car at a good price, so I went to a dealer that doesn't play them and saved substantial money. Save yourself the exhaustion and moral outrage.

Very good service, always! I have no complaints with the servie department. Craig is my go too guy. He makes sure everything is always taken care of and he is so kind to my son. I really appreciate him going over and above to make sure my car is in great working order. He is a true asset to Kia, for sure.
Purchasing my vehicle at Kia Crystal River I am not too familiar with the sales department but the service department is great! I have brought my car there now a handful of times for service & Joshua M.is the one who helps me every time & he is the definition of great customer service. He is always in a good mood which is refreshing to see. The service manager at Kia Ocala is also professional, kind, and quick to find a resolution. I will continue to bring my vehicle there for service.
Don’t know if you have driven A Telluride yet but do. Jenkins found me exactly what I wanted and it’s in my garage.
This is only a review of the Jenkins used car portion: I have made multiple calls to get the second key fob which was promised to me at time of purchase, and have been given the slip every time. Be sure to put everything promised to you, in black and white on your contract.
My service tech Joshua Mills was very thorough and explained everything toe and let me know mediately when there was a problem and tries to fix it for me. Great service and wonderful waiting area.
