Jenkins Mazda, Ocala FL

My consultant was Jasmine. She was very professional and courteous and took care of the issues with my car. I brought my Mazda 3 2017 in for the Ghost Touch problem, which seems to be a well know problem with Mazda vehicles. That being said, why doesn't Mazda fix this issue at no charge to their customers. They are well aware that this problem exists, they should issue a recall.

I took my Mazda in to get an oil change on my cx5 and check if anything else needed to be done on my car. The staff there was incredibly helpful and super friendly. I was really impressed by their customer service, honesty, and help with my car. Definitely will come back to the dealership for work on my car.

The team stepped up to the plate to accommodate my needs within my budget. I really appreciated Don's assistance.

Staff was courteous and polite, they took care of the recall item, I suppose. I liked the video afterwards that I received in my email, I hope they record one of them changing my oil and other services. I feel that adds a lot to the customer service.

As soon as I pulled into the service drive, I was greeted with smiles from everyone. I gave them my keys and the rest was seamless. Professional and will come back every time.

I have always been pleased with the service for the 2020 MX5 I bought there. Always free coffee and lunch at noontime. When My car lock fob needed a battery, they replaced it for free. When the interior dome light failed twice they replaced them free, without even having to go into the garage. This last Saturday I though I had a flat tire because the tire indicator was on. They quickly took it in and found it just needed air in the tires: another free service.

Every single person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Katelyn in service is always the BEST! I love this dealership!

Great service dept.there is a large markup for dealer services on new cars for sale. This is a new thing and not a good idea. I likely won't buy a car there due to this markup.
