Had the part I needed in stock, got my older cart back up in an operation quickly and really friendly people too.

Stopped to see about getting new tires. Said I would bring my rims in the following Thursday afternoon. Dropped them off Thursday afternoon. No word from them. Went back late Saturday before closing. They never touched my wheels. Was told they didn't know what needed done. So I suggest if you use them take crayons and paper to draw pictures. NO communication.

Horrible company! We bought a new $9000 golf cart. Had sporty rims put on and they failed to align it when they put them on. Consequently, the tires wore out in 3 months and it hesitated when driving. I called and text Todd on January 11 and he said he would order tires for it. I have called and text since January 11,2022 and I just received the cart it is August 04,2022. It has taken 8 months to get them to fix the tires and repair the hesitation. I have received no calls from Jenkins about all this! I had to keep bugging and calling them! The driver shows up with a bill for a tire and the alignment that should have been done when we first bought the cart! Do not buy from this company, you will regret it!

I don't know if we are living in a fast world but I went to pickup my new Golfcart at the Jenkins dealer my brand new 2022 golf cart and before I sing the purchase order I ask to see the cart and it look so bad very dirty and had a 4inch scrash on the driver side I told them that it was not the proper way to present a new golfcar that I was about to take possession I told them that I change my mind that I won't be buying that golfcart in the condition that if was presented to me they said that they would find me a different one but I gave them a chance and they bluit sorry.

Didn't call back so called 4 hours later. Said out of golf cart rentals til end of Jan. 6 weeks in the future.

Brady, the salesman, was very informative and answered every question we had. Very nice young man.

We bought a brand new Golf Cart. Two weeks after delivery, we started having issues. Jenkins picked it up from my home, and found the rear end was faulty from the factory. Kyle, in service, ordered the part but it was going to take weeks maybe months before delivery. Bob Kennedy stepped in and made it happen. Kyle worked hard to fix the Golf Cart and have it delivered the next day. That is a GREAT customer service experience. Thank you to Kyle and Bob for making it happen.

Mike (my driver) picked up and delivered my golf cart with great customer service. Mike verified that my parking brake was working well before he brought it back to me in Winter Park, Fl. He asked the service department to make one more adjustment and it was returned with a brand new brake system. Thank you very much for being so kind, and communicating updates throughout the day as to when my golf cart would be returned. Makes me happy that I purchased from Jenkins, when I know they have great customer service for any warranty issues:)

Brandy was the salesman, his manager was Bobby Kennedy, and the parts man was all great to deal with, i bought a 2021 6 passenger Bintelli Beyond
and i love it, they did every thing i wanted them to do. 5 star all the way,

Kyle Jenkins in service does a great job and makes driving the extra mile from Tampa worth while.

I tried this place out even after all the negative things I've heard about them. I went and looked at a buggy today and told the man I would be back this afternoon or tomorrow to give him time to see if the motor still runs. I told him not to sell it or at least give me first refusal. He called me back 3 hours later saying it was sold without notifying me. I guess a mans word is not worth anything.

I haven't been here lately but the last time I was there the people were very nice and helpful.
