3Always trying to get you to spend extra! Had a battery go bad that was under warranty from them. Made an appointment and got there only for them to test my battery, and tell me it's fine! You could see the corrosion built up that had been leaking out, plus the car wasn't wanting to start. Tried to sell me on an oil change and any other service they could, but refused to do anything about my battery. Went to Walmart and got it tested and shocker, it said bad cell! Nissan just didn't want to be bothered if they couldn't make any extra money off us. I will avoid this place at all cost from now on.
Not only was the service great but super fast. When they say that you are family, they really do mean it. My kids love the hot chocolate and snacks when we come in for service. This will not be the last car my family purchases from Maus Nissaan
Excellent service. They went out of the way to fix my vehicle and even offered 2 days free rental car while my car was in the shop.
