I've never had any issues with the sales team so I would maybe recommend for that reason.

I made an appointment for my oil change and to have my breaks serviced. I mentioned while booking that I saw coupons online and the lady told me to bring them in.

When I got there I told the service adviser I had coupons and handed them to him. He said we can apply them after. When he confirmed my pads needed to be dine I showed him the coupon but he said it was from Jenkins Nissan of Lakeland and I could not use them.

I am fine with the fact that I could not use them and I made a mistake. But if he would have looked at them when I checked in I would have know everything would have been full price and I would have left as I had a coupon for an oil change elsewhere too.

This is not the first time I've been disappointed with my service. I will not be returning to have any work done at your location.

Went today for an oil change, alignment and had my windshield wipers changed. The service was wonderful Frederick West, was polite helpful and my car was done in no time. The cashier was courteous and help me complete the entire transaction. My entire experience was painless and smooth just the way I like it. Thank you Frederick.

The entire team at Jenkins was exceptional. From the initial contact on the phone to the time we drove out the door, everyone treated us as valued customers. Divonte was probably the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Five stars for sure!

Wonderful People I drove 70 miles to this dealership where there's two other Nissan dealerships much closer bought my wife's car here over a year ago and I've had it in for service, they always done exceptional job so I made the trip back to buy my new pick up truck I'm very happy with them and I will return for my next vehicle Jose the general manager is a Great person to deal with, and Ron Truluck is very knowledgeable and also a great person to work with

March 2020
I got a flat tire and unable to find my the lug nut key. I ended up having to tow the vehicle to the dealership. I coordinated everything with Ronnie, who went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe and ok. Then made sure the tire (s) I needed were in stock and was able to get another lug nut key before leaving. Very thankful for everyone's help and making it as stress free as possible.

This was such an amazing experience. The team was absolutely stellar, they went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I am so very grateful to have met everyone! Will be back to say hi anytime my vehicle needs servicing:)

Terrible service.recall on my car. 5 he wait.they screw up my steering wheel alignment and i had to waste an hr the next visit to have my issues still remain.screw these idiots.take your buisness elsewhere!

Oh no.please don't go! The internet pricing is a joke compared to when you get there. Go to Edmonds and build the car you want and price it. I bought the same car, less the $500 worth of dealer add one, mud flaps, wheel locks, cargo tray and net, first aid kit.and a coating on the car.that they say, "you will never need to wax" yet there was crud all over the car.any way, I shopped it and got the same carr, OUT THE DOOR.for 2k less.do your research and don't be afraid to "JUSY SAY NO"
