It's in the name, Quality. Great food, polite and friendly service every time. Big portions. Don't forget the key lime cake!

Half chicken sandwich (which is half a full chicken with BBQ sauce and bread on top and bottom) was not a terrible price and it was pretty good and relatively quick. Be quick to separate the chicken from the bread so the bread doesn't get soggy.

The food was unseasoned and sauceless. I ordered the 1/2 chicken sandwich. I only received a chopped up leg and thigh. Smh. We ordered extra sauce and got zero. No sauce on my ribs is simply a No-No that I can't forgive. So this is not a repeat for us.

I usually go to the one on pearl St. (The best location) But didn't have time because cars were pouring into the road and I had to go! But anyways I was really craving a rib sandwich so I thought I'd give this location a try! Huge mistake the ribs were very tough and dry, and had little to no smoke flavor from being warmed up in the microwave! I was so mad spent almost 12 dollars for a few dry bones! I had to end up throwing it in the trash SMH!
Will not be back! So very disappointed!

My husband and I got the half chicken each.we've been to this location a few times, but this time was bad.our chicken was so so so dry. We ate it anyway because we were both really tired and hungry.it tasted barely of smoke, incredibly dry, and you can tell they pre-cook and microwave cause both of ours were barely warm. Please fix this place. I know y'all can do better than this. Smh

Not the Jenkins we love. Very disappointed with our sandwiches. Appeared to be old meat that was dry and thrown on a bun. It appeared it was then microwaved, and used to be alwats fresh. Beans and slaw were okay. Not great. Perhaps an off day.

I’ve eaten BBQ all over the state, and this food at Jenkins bbq is Mediocre at best. Definitely not worth what we paid. But it was ok. My main reason for going to the effort of looking up this site to leave a comment is to do with the HORRIBLE attitude of the staff of this place. The service didn’t suck, because there was NO SERVICE. I went there with my cousin, we were already seated and getting into our food and he asked for some ketchup. They weren’t busy… but instead of walking around the counter and handing him the ketchup, she said “ heres your ketchup “ and made him get back up to get …. A packet…. Of ketchup. When we first walked in and started looking at the menu, … these women never said a WORD.they just glared at us with a disgusted look on there face. It’s a small place and there was no one at the counter but the two of us…but there was nothing said but “ what do you want”. Just the bad attitude of these women working at Jenkins bbq was enough for me. I’ll never darken their door again. Oh…. You’ll notice I didn’t mark any stars beside service…. Because, …as I said THERE WAS NONE!

Awesome food, great service. I recommend the meatballs, Caesar salad and for dessert you got to get the cheesecake.

This was the 1st time visiting this location after seeing it on TV some years ago. We had a lot of fun taking to the staff & Mr H. They told us about they're style of cooking & let us taste they're sauces before we ordered our meal. They're mustard based sauces & they put this on EVERYTHING. Even the fries we ordered had them on them. I suggest that you get it on the side so that your fries aren't soggy. I'm a pertain that doesn't like mustard, but I enjoyed this. It's cooked more like the Carolina's area. We enjoyed everything & we'll be back again.

I just left the Jenkins on Pearl Street and omg. It's been awhile since I visited this establishment and I quickly remembered why. I ordered a rib sandwich and asked how many bones would it contain. Naturally with an attitude the cashier stated "3 to 5 bones". The sandwich total was close to twelve dollars. Has this place lost it's mind? So that's at least $3 to $4 per bone, and it's either microwaved, burnt, or tough. It's hard to support a business that doesn't at least try to please their customers. If people stop patronizing these businesses, they will do better. So disappointing.

I went to the one on emerson i was really surprise on the texture of thè bbq it taste like i was eating Wood it really was awful but the guess service from the drive thru was wonderful thats why i just New i was going to get a great sandwich and fries i was really disappointed i would have waited until i got back on the northside and got a great sandwich it was so awful until i am still eating it so i want loser my money i spent money that i didnt have.

We LOVE the rib snack pack with sweet sauce. This is the only place we ever order ribs as they are the best. Fries and beans are always tasty. The service is great and the chocolate cake is really good, too.

Coming in to Jacksonville a family member told I should try this place. I got a slab and a half chicken. The chicken was Dry like it has been sitting there for a couple of hours as so the ribs. The sauce didn't even help as the food had no flavor to it. Not even the smokey taste me brother in law said. I don't know because it's in a different location but I wasted my money. Very upsetting and unpleasant.

Sauce food amazing Got 2 chicken snacks with baked beans and fries (crinkled) I was visiting from Miami and it's a must I get a taste of Jenkins Q bbq before leaving!

Best BBQ anywhere. I moved to Tennessee and every time I go to Jacksonville I make sure I eat there and always have there bbq sauce at home.

Ordered a very large order for my family reunion. Everyone loved it. Warren was very communicative. Would definitely order again
