I recently had to move some furniture from one apartment to another, and the first place was upstairs with a curved staircase. Jensen Moving & Storage was there right on time, handled the move extremely well, and came in slightly under budget! Both our movers Austin and Shawn were wonderful! Very professional, personable and courteous. The move took longer than we were quoted, but they didn’t rush and just toss things in the truck even though they could have. They took their time and made sure everything fit. They were respectful of us and our belongings. Made sure our beds and sectional couch were put together and boxes put where they belonged. Very professional and I will recommend this company. I can’t say enough great things about this company. First let me say miscommunications happen which in our situation, demonstrated to me how professional Jensen Moving and Storage is and owner Peter Ammann. It’s not so much as to when things go right but how things are handled when they don’t and in our case there was a disconnect on a moving date. Our original move date changed because we did not move forward with a contract on our house. It was an honest mistake. Unfortunately it cost the owner of Jensen Moving and Storage because he wanted to make sure they showed up on time and on the day that we originally had on our contract. So I am happy that this happened because I got to meet the moving guys Anthony and John who were pleasant even during this miscommunication and talk to Peter, who obviously was out of pocket in time, gas and mileage driving to Fort Lauderdale but understood the disconnect and was gracious about accepting the unfortunate circumstance. We originally chose this company based on all the great reviews that they received. We loved that they were responsive to us and giving us a quote and assisting us with our moving needs. This is just icing on the cake but having an opportunity to see how a company handles itself when things don’t always go 100% is even more evident to me that they deserve every five star review that they have earned. It tells us that these people are committed to their clients and provide outstanding customer service.

Paul, Andrew and Aaron were amazing. Worked quickly and carefully to ensure the best use of time. They were extremely helpful in coaching us how to pack so the truck could loaded efficiently. My family appreciated the care they took with our personal belongings. We give them a high recommendation. Thank you and see you next move!
