Jeremiah's Italian Ice, Lake Mary FL

I love jeremiahs and their servers hospitality is amazing. However, I usually go friday afternoons and just afternoons in general.i’m a little concerned at the fact their seems to be one younger girl working up front dealing with both a drive through line and the other line at the front. I’ve even asked if she was working alone and she politely responded no.why is no one helping her? I’ve been a loyal customer for years and over the last few months i’ve seen this issue occur multiple times.please get this fixed.

My favorite cold dessert place in Lake Mary.
Gelati is the right mix of ice cream and Italian ice. Good prices, good serving sizes, fast service, and always delicious.
Drive Thru also being available is a huge plus.

Employees are nice and attentive, rewards program is top notch and keeps me coming back. Love going on nice evenings over the summer.

The Lake Mary location is the BEST! I came on Friday with the 2 little girls I Nanny for. We all got small cones, & the cashier was nice enough to ask if I wanted less on the cones for the girls (they normally put WAYYYY more ice cream than is customary on each cone)! She gave the 3 yr old a cone w/maybe an inch or so of ice cream visible on top, & the 2 yr old got a tiny one w/maybe a ½ inch of ice cream visible on top! It was the PERFECT amount for both girls according to their age & was a LOT less of a mess to clean up afterward (plus easier for them to hold)! I think she must've put some of their portion onto mine, because mine was also a size small, but was HUGE!

We had such a nice, relaxing time sitting at the tables & eating our ice cream together, & the 3 yr old stated that it was "the BEST chocolate ice cream [she] has EVER eaten"! Those messy little faces gave me such a chuckle, & our little ice cream pit stop put the perfect finishing touch on our day at the park (after lunch, of course)!

I should mention that I also came the week prior w/my Lab! I got a swirl cone for me, & my Lab got a small vanilla ice cream in a cup! He was in HEAVEN, & now whenever we drive by Jeremiah's on the way to his daycare, he starts whining & pawing @ the window, so I'll have to definitely bring him back some evening this week after I pick him up from daycare (as long as he's been a good boy all day, which I don't think will be a problem LoL)! I usually do buy him the special dog ice cream from Publix or Winn-Dixie, but I don't think it hurts for him to have some plain vanilla once in awhile! You have a customer for LIFE w/him, indeed!

Nice place to go, especially in the summer. Love their italian ice flavors and very tasty. Kids love this place. They also have outdoor seating with music playing. Friendly staff

I've been coming here for years, this used to be my husband and I's favorite ice cream spot in town. But they ALWAYS get my order wrong, and it's simple. Customer service is always good, but I'm sick of getting the wrong thing and it's not worth going back in line to fix it. So I just don't go anymore, when I do I'm disappointed.

The staff get 5 stars because they were super friendly. I’m rating the visit a 3 because we were charged $10.23 for two soft serves in cups. One had sprinkles and the other had cookie crumb layers. It’s a bit much for two small ice creams that aren’t even in cones.

So I'm not really into sweets but my family wanted to give Jeremiah's a try and OMGEEE I'm so glad they did! Who would've thought an icee and ice cream would go so well together highly recommend

Found a bug in my p-nutty… Extremely unsanitary and disgusting. How many other bugs are in their ices and how does this happen?

If you love basil, try the gelati with vanilla ice cream and lemon basil ice. My favorite frozen dessert of all time.

First time here. Delicious experience. Good prices too. They have a program which gives you discounts and free sweets. Nice!

I liked this location because of the drive through. Never had an issue the first 2 times I've been there, the last two times the experience was less than great. First bad experience, I asked for cake batter and chocolate Italian ice and they gave me cookie butter and chocolate. Today my order was literally a slushie. I ordered the cake batter, tropical key west, passion fruit, and coconut. The coconut was on top and was the only flavor not melted. I won't be returning to that location.

The gelatis were awesome, I would recommend enjoying two flavors. I got Orange and strawberry mixed with the vanilla soft serve.

Just moved back to Lake Mary and my family was very dissappointed to see the pretzels gone after having perfected the process. Would like to know if someone in the area purchased the equipment. We have a concept for a business that goes way beyond just ice cream and exploring other options. We can do ice cream much cheaper at home so no incentive to spend $$$ at Jeremiah's
