Jersey Mike's Subs, Tampa FL

Rachel is an awesome! She made my sandwich just absolutely perfect I’ve went to other Jersey Mike places but this location is by far the best one! Everything was fresh and super quick I love this place

On my first visit over 5 years ago in Westchse, I left without a purchase for 2 resons. First, the cost seemed too high and the meats had funky names that I knew did not exist.

Years later, post pandemic, the costs are more relatable and people seemed to like the product. As sub shops go, Jersey Mikes is a good, solid choice in that realm. Nothing spectacular but a fresh, clean straightforward flavor. Nothing to complain about as far as the product. As far as cost, the giant is about $1.00 an inch. A little more than some other joints, but still a modest cost.

While I will no longer avoid Jersey Mike's, sub shops are not a go to for me. I will say that given a choice between them and other sub shops, they are now a preference.

I ordered via doordash but due to doordashes set up it will not allow modifications on preset sandwich through the app.
I called the store once my order was placed to request the modifications I wanted. When the employee answered the phone she didn't state her name after answering. I said hi what's your name? (I asked for the name so I would know who I spoke with and to show respect) She responded with why? I was instantly taken back by her rude, inappropriate and unprofessional response. I responded to her question of why because I am a customer whom just placed an order that needs some modifications of which I'm about to cancel because your attitude/response is nasty.
She proceeds to say well I just got here and there's a long line of people here and I just answered the phone. I said to her that's not relevant nor is it something that needs to be made known to the customer. I asked for the manager at least 3 times as she continued to have a back and forth/argument with me. The manager was in ear shot because she called him to the phone by saying are you busy because this lady on the phone has an attitude and wants to speak with you. Even at that instance she was still being disrespectful and unprofessional. I advised her while the above back and forth took place of me asking/telling her to get the manager at least 3 times I will be reporting this interaction to corporate. The manager gets on the phone with a tone similar to hers. His 1st set of words weren't how can I help you or even what's the issue. Instead he let the employee be indignant and rude while speaking to the customer as she handed the phone to him. I told the manager at the beginning of the call I simply asked her for her name and she decided to argue with me along with being ill-mannered and that her attitude is deporable. I am canceling my order and I will be contacting corporate. I ended the call.
Never will I patronize this location again nor should any employee work there if they're insubordinate about providing a name in customer service and/or food industry.

This was our first experience at Jersey Mike's Sub. The place was extremely clean and Rachel prepared our subs. Rachel looked like she was putting together a masterpiece! She was extremely thoughtful as she placed items atop the subs she was preparing. We decided on the Chicken Philly. It was prepared perfectly. The chicken was tender, the onions and bellpeppers were succulent and the bread was soft! The cheese was melted perfectly! Nice job guys and we will be back!
Went back today and Rachel was there and took our orders again! Another masterpiece! If you stop by ask her to make your sandwhich, she is the best and you will not be disappointed? !

Had the chicken Philly, was delicious. Newly remodeled, very clean establishment. Will definitely be back.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and they keep putting cucumbers in the veggie sub. CUCUMBERS DO NOT COME ON THE VEGGIE SUB UNLESS ASKED. Employees need to be trained PROPERLY. Where on the menu does it say cucumbers go on veggie sub? !? Second time …! Enough is enough…

I'm the 5 star type of guy, but these 2 ladies at JM's at N Dale Mabry are not capable.
Walk in there to pick up my order and it was a surprise to both. They sent my stuff to someone else. Then I told her that I requested teriyaki sauce. She says, we don't have none.

This is the only jersey mikes I go to in Tampa! All the girls that work there do an amazing job they really care. The owner needs to give these girls raises.

The sub was was excellent. I just thought that the price for the regular sub I had was overpriced. In most sub shops 10 dollars or less buys a foot long sub not a 6 inch sub.

Went in and ordered a chicken Philly, had to repeat myself and clarified not steak. Got my $10 regular. And got back to work and it was steak. Come on! To far to drive back. Very disappointed. The girl was very hard to understand through her mask. Mask not the problem. SPEAK UP!

I'm picky with my sandwich selection, the young ladies were patient, component with this old goat. Will return here often. I'm from N. J. Love subs, not everyone can make a delicious sub! Bread and quality ingredients make a delicious sub.

As always delicious! The employees are alway very nice at the one I go to on Dale Mabry. Can't wait to go again.

Been going to Jersey Mike's four years last couple years all the prices have shot way too expensive probably won't be going there anymore
