The Tennessee street location is horrible the worst location In Tallahassee by far the staff is extremely lazy they purposely run out of Parmesan bread by 8 every single night it never fails then sometimes they get even slicker they totally run out of bread completely some times just so they can get a head start at cleaning the place up they ain trying to sell no fresh hot subs guy even told me one night he thinks it’s best if I just go to another Jersey Mikes I said WOW… I wouldn’t spend money at this place to save my life they barley rarely even clean the grill most subs I get from here the presentation looks like pure A**

The store needs more than just two employees working during peak times. The young men were nice. The young man on the register didn't follow protocol with his gloves. My sub left a lot to be desired tonight. It was dry and the sauerkraut was missing. Not the kind of service I have grown accustomed to receiving from Jersey Mike's.

Very strong experience the service was very good the food was very good. Everytime I eat at Jersey Mike's I am pleased. They always seem to get it right. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was the shop was very warm. I guess the heat was on and it must have been art high. I was just uncomfortable due to how warm it was inside. The service and the sandwich was perfect no complaints. I will continue to go back regardless of the airconditioning setting.

I come here on a weekly basis the staff are fast but still friendly and the sandwiches are juicy and delicious

I’ve always had great service at this location. I’ve been going for a couple of a years. Last night the two young gentleman provided OUTSTANDING service. At first, one gentleman was on the phone carefully and professionally taking a catering order while the other staff member started on one of my orders. Even though I was the only person in there, the gentleman taking the catering order immediately jumped in to help make my second order and make sure I was very happy with it. As an 18 year hospitality professional, I would hire these two to be on my team in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

Slowest crew I have ever seen. Can not handle a lunch rush. They don’t care about in person orders, they only care about cranking out online orders. Twice I have been here and I walked out due to no one taking my order because they are cutting meat and doing online orders.

For our first time ever eating Jersey Mikes.goooood lawwwwwd that’s a good sammich! Reminds me of when I was a kid in Lakewood Village when we had Hobbit Hoagies. I had not found a sandwich that tasted as good since trying y’all’s. Y’all have a family for life now! Thank you!

If you place an online order and explain how you would like your sandwich. Don’t waste your time. Order was 100% wrong. Won’t be coming back.

Asked for light cheese on cheesesteak, did exact opposite, were too busy too notice me trying to get their attention, basically paid $15 for a meal that went straight into their trash can. Thanks a lot.

Market St location is the best! The staff is always so friendly! I used to love the dynamic is miss Kelsi and Miss Shannon together! But unfortunately miss Shannon works nights now! That just means I have to go twice a day to see both my favorite jersey mikes employees! Food is great! Well trained staff, store I always clean. Went in last night to see Miss Shannon and she had all of her employees cleaning and keep the store in great shape! She always serves with a smile no matter what seems to be going on around her! Also big kuddos to the young man Brent! He’s an excellent well raised young man!

I use to visit this location quite frequently at night. I stopped going due to the poor customer service with a very tall gentle men. He was always rude and rushed people out of his store. The other night I decided to stop back in on my way home from work. A very pleasant young lady was working along with a young man. The store was incredibly clean and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. The young lady that was working was so friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor as we joked about things while she made my subs. Great job to the management of this establishment for hiring such excellent employees to replace those that weren’t the best! I look forward to seeing the new night staff each time I visit now!

Every table was dirty and sandwiches are put together very sloppy. I have noticed the issue with this only at the market sq location.

Got to give props when props are due. I ordered a sub through Uber Eats. Got the sub but not my drink or chips. Called location and spoke with Quentin (hope I spelled it right) Quentin called me back within 5 minutes and said he was personally going to bring me my items. Awesome customer service and very impressive as well. Thanks a bunch Quentin! Super cool of you to do that.

They don't wear their masks when taking orders. When asked to put their masks up they don't even cover their noses.

We were first greeted a young man bluntly asking what we wanted and rushed, then following him was the so called manager who was very rude and was just simply (throwing) food around and rudely saying "really" under her breath when SHE forgot the lettuce I asked for and when she got done she just slapped everything together smushed my sandwich and once she cut it she very rude and loudly put down the knife which is very unsafe and not professional. It's Christmas Eve and now my holiday mood was ruined by this very rude and snobby woman.

Always the best fresh subs around, Anthony at Vero rocks and the store has a great new look!

Their subs are Amazing.always fresh and delicious.
However, I recently ordered online and arrived to pick-up the order at the time given.
Had to wait over 30 mins, at 2: 30 on a Thursday afternoon, for the 2 subs to be prepared.

This is the first time this has happened so I am debating whether or not to go back
