Good cold cuts but the heart of the sandwich is the bread and yours is garbage what a shame and I’m from Jersey! 21: 00 dollars for a sub with day old bread avoid this place rip off

I have been eating at Jersey since 2015 never ever got issues but lately I’m very disappointed The Philly cheesesteaks I said 3 times to toast the bun Justin said he did but whe the Philly came out was terrible worse sandwich no flavor meat was almost cold and the bun wasn’t even warm and dry like was seating for long time. This is not the first time I’m having issues the time same problem the young kids say yes but don’t listen to you. 1/2 sandwich in the garbage

Went in to get a sub at 8pm and they were already putting all of their food away and packing up. I asked if they were open, they said yes so they put all of the food back they were putting away and began to make my sub. The guy used a piece of old bread that was sitting out on the counter to make my sub. I asked if he could use a fresh piece of bread that was a bit more sanitary as the counter looked very dirty and he said yes. He was a nice guy but the way he prepared my sub was very unsanitary and now I decided to throw the sub out. A little disappointed.

The sandwich looked good, as it always does. Their tea is always great too. However, I was only able to barely put an inch of tea in my cup because they ran out. I asked if they had more, they said I could put sugar in the unsweet, but said they would not make any more because they would be wasting it. You are not wasting it, I paid for it!

I just got my money back and left. So I guess they wasted a sandwich and their tip because they wouldn't make any more tea.

This was 640pm on a Thursday.

I would have written the manager, Eric, directly, but he was the one that refused to make more tea.

Big let down, I've been a Jersey Mike's fan for many years. I guess I need to avoid this location.

The folks at this shop make a great sandwich. Everyone is polite. Had 1 today, Erick made it for me, really enjoyed it.

This place is simply disgusting, I buy a sin they gave me one that was prepared already, obviously it was watery. I went back to let them know, the guy got the meet inside and put it in a different bread, that was the most miserable and disgusting thing someone could do with my food. I pay $10 dollars for a sandwich
