We come here often and tonight was different. One young man tranning and his trainer was very polite and patient. The young man tranning kind also.

Great customer service, I love the way they honor birthday rewards and other awesome promotions on their app/Great prices and food is excellent.

The food was lovely the service was kind of shabby my sandwich was not so hot but it was okay

I went in and got to sandwich. My club had to long hair's in it. I got them Togo. I'm so disappointed I've always got good food from there. Don't think I'll be going back! That's just nasty. If I was having lunch there I would have asked for my money back!

Food is good but customer service sucks. I just spent 35 minutes waiting on my order. They gave my food to someone else. It happens, I get it. But not even an apology? When I asked them if they gave my order to somebody else, no response. Like I’m talking to the wall. Will never stop here again.

First time here. Excellent #3 Ham and Provolone on white bread. Bathroom needed attention.

The food is good but when I would go to this location on Sundays, one of the guys that works there never smiles, barely says hello, terrible customer interaction experience basically. Made me stop going here; they need to hire friendlier people. Too bad though because the food is good.

So disappointed in this place! I would put zero stars if I could. They had five people working and missed making my husbands sub. We waited over 30 minutes and they gave the sub to someone else that complained they had the wrong sub! And we get a drink and there is no ice and multiple people tell them and they made no attempt to restock at all! We wanted a quick bite before Chita d it has turned into an hour and a half ordeal. A bunch on inept and inefficient staff. I will not be coming back. There is an Amazing Jersey Mike’s in longwood that is worth the extra drive!

Avoid online orders from this location. Togo order was missing a sandwich and another sandwich was completely the wrong sandwich despite a very large receipt on the bag with the proper order details.

Worst experience ever! Not sure what takes precedent, online orders or people standing in the restaurant. Had to wait in line for over 30 mins to get to the counter to be told he had to finish the online orders first. Stood in front of the individual as he prepared multiple online orders before asking what we would want as the line continued to form behind us. Only one deli slicer on shift and the under 18 employees can’t do anything. Have patience if coming to this location. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Staff was friendly but I think they had a new person on the grill. I managed a Jersey Mikes in the past and first and fore most there was a health code violation with him not wearing anything to protect the food from his hair. He did mess up my sub but thats not a big deal. He burnt the hell out of the meat. Working there in the past i know they should only be on the grill for a few minutes. I would recommend the drive to Orlando to One of Mr. Gillespe's stores. Much better.

Never again will I come here, they do not prioritize and the wait at this location is horrible. If you only have limited time DO NOT GO HERE

This is the slowest Jersey mikes in Florida. You place your order for 1 sub and then they tell you there’s an hour wait to pick it up. You show up when they tell you and it’s still not ready. This has been happening on a regular basis…. Time to move on. Pass on this place and go elsewhere.

Fast and fresh. I had a regular Club sub today for lunch. Mike's way -onion. All of the ingredients were fresh. The flavor was excellent. Thank you staff for fulfilling my sub sandwich craving today.

I ordered 4 subs at 513pm. Said it was going to be ready by 530 to 540. Got there and they never got the online order. So they made my subs, and walked out at 630. Got home and my Italian I told them 4 times what to put on it. Italian with pickles and lettuce, no dressing at all. Got home and the "dry Italian" was a turkey sub with mayo spicy mustard tomato and lettuce. Then tried to call and get it delivered and couldn't do that either. Got there and it wasn't even ready. Worst experience of my life. Oh and it came to $56 and $65 got charged to my card and they couldn't even find the order in the computer to refund the $9. And couldn't speak to manager.

I clearly asked for lettuce on my sub, had none. Nothing makes a bad day worst than a bad order, thanks.
