Jersey Mike's Subs, Tampa FL

Service of staff on duty on Friday Aug 26,2022 at 3 pm SUCKS, mean to customer if it takes time to read from you cell phone 3 orders, it has to be their way or no way, recommend never meeting such staff.

This one worker I didn't catch his name but he had a beard with glasses middle aged man handling the sandwiches that was very very rude to all customers…. Even the other workers felt uncomfortable working with him and his rude remarks, the other 2 workers were very friendly and frowned on him.my family and I simply walked into the jersey mikes and he would roll his eyes every time we asked for something on our sandwiches and he said “mayo or mustard” and I replied “can I have it mikes way please” he replied in a very stern rude voice “ i said mayo or mustard” and he said at the end of making my sandwich and thing else and i said can i have relish please and he rolled his eyes and said in a rude voice once again “anything else” overall a very rude worker and he did this to the other customers in the shop as well.

Update: I am very impressed with how management took action immediately, they gave me a call to discuss further and was super nice so shoutout to management for the impressive handling of the situation!

In the same time that othe implies make his own bread on the grill.
When i ask her why he can do that she say its because he work here?

I spend my work time for nothing the worst costumer service i ever had

I am a frequent customer of this location. Never experience any rude or unsatisfied customer service. But this last time that I just came in I placed an order for a turkey and provolone sandwich, the lady that made my sandwich was a sweetheart nothing against her. But woman number two, stepped in and finished making my sandwich. While I still wanted another sandwich I had requested a Philly cheesesteak, this is when she got rude with me and she told me next time that I come in to order everything that I want and one order. I was not trying to be difficult just an every day customer getting out of work. To be handed down route customer service. I don’t write many reviews but that’s stuck very bad with me. And for that I will never visit this location again.

Prices went up again. $16 for a footlong "giant" big kahuna Philly cheeses steak is a price gauging. This should be $10-$12 max. For $16 I can get a filet mignon at outback Steakhouse sit down restaurant. This is ridiculous. There are Definitely better deals available elsewhere

I literally found a rock in my sub, not one but in 2 different subs, I just can comprehend how this is even possible, you all are nasty

They put all this food that I'm not supposed to eat in fresh bread and it's freaking awesome. I think I'll bring one to my DR.

Unfortunately never went inside. Parking lot full. 5 times around. Oh well PDQ down the street.

Honestly I’ll never question the food and the quality it’s always exceptional but lately the staffs attitudes as of late continue to be less than satisfactory. Many times I have come in the evening and the staff are goofing off not acknowledging me trying to order or I place an online order or multiple subs and none of them are marked.

Always the best subs no matter what state you are in. Whether it’s a franchised store or corporate store their consistent quality exceeds expectations. Hands down my favorite sandwich shop.

The food is great but the staff’s attitudes are absolutely brutal.felt really uncomfortable

This location sucks. I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery through Door Dash, and they accepted the order, sent it out with a Door Dash delivery guy, then told me it was minutes away. However, within 5 minutes after expecting it to arrive, I got a message saying Jersey Mike's cancelled the order and that they couldn't accept it. Sounds like they aren't very truthful about the process. I'm going to Firehouse. Jersey Mikes and Door Dash can take a hike!

My first time here.subs are so good! The workers are very kind. Bathrooms were really dirty but we just came after lunch rush so maybe they didn't get a chance to clean it.

Service was terrible. I was nicely greated and order for cheese steak taken. The woman with all the tattoos made my sandwich, wrapped it up, and stood around confused. When she was told by the woman it was my sandwich she said here. I said t
I want some toppings and she put the sandwich on the counter and proceeded to make another customers order. After I addressed her she said she didn't make my cold sandwich. I said it wasn't cold. Told her I didn't want the sandwich since she didn't want to serve me properly.

Love this place! Bread and meat are always absolutely delicious, fast and friendly employees!
