Jersey Mike's Subs, Fort Myers FL

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's products but this location is needing some assistance in staffing and training.

Jersey Mike's is awesome! Great staff and food is excellent. Always fresh and delicious! I eat at jersey Mike's at least 4-5 times a month!

I just wanted to take a moment to show my gratitude to the team that is working today. Overall this has been a great experience from the moment I step in the door. The team welcomed me when I walked in and I explained to them that I was about 40mins early for my mobile order. I didn’t realize I would be able to step away from work this early. I was hoping I could come in and order my meal that I already paid for. They simply asked for my name, and the gentleman cooking asked if I ordered “2 hot subs” I said yes, and he said “I got you boss” this was amazing bc I’ve been to other restaurants and if you order too soon, they won’t have it in their “system. ” Overall well done. L

I have picked up carry-out 3 times in last 2 weeks. I am amazed at their efficiency, team work, cleanliness and quality. Our fav sandwich shop by far. Meats, cheese, bread and all toppings are consistently fresh. Service is outstanding.

I ordered a large cheese steak. I was surprised at the small size. It was very very salty. If you're from the Philly area don't bother.

Steak and cheese are the best I've had in fl. The prices are a little high but the subs are full.

I ordered my sub sandwich through grub hub for a 4: 30 delivery. On the bag the receipt showed the sandwich was made at 2: 38pm. I got a bunch of soggy mess. I’ve tried to call to speak to a manager but the line is always busy. I suggest you go elsewhere for your sub or definitely do not order early as the server doesn’t read the ticket. I order early at other places and have never had an issue. I’m handicapped and don’t drive so I am at the mercy of delivery which was on time.

How embarrassing! 8 young employees so rude - ignore patiently waiting customers to serve their friends. Gladly taking my business else were 5pm Thursday evening. No manager there to speak with. So unprofessional

We usually love Jersey Mike's but tonight was terrible. The rolls were so hard they just crumbled. Hope the meat wasn't as old. The only reason we didn't take it back was because we live 1/2 hour away.

I love jersey mikes. It's a NYC deli style sandwich. Its a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny. I am a rewards member and so should you. It doesn't cost you anything and you get points towards a free sandwich and you also get a free one on your birthday, really what is there not to like.

1 eyed handicapped guy knows nothing of what he is doing. Fire him and put him on ssi he cannot make a sandwich let alone see the sandwich. Horrible service would not eat here. 4600 sumerlin road in fort Myers

Blonde girl that works behind the counter very rude, had a very bad attitude. Will not be coming back because of how unprofessional she was.

Literally just had the worst experience because somebody assumed what I wanted in my sandwich…. My son went and ordered two sandwiches, one was the kahuna steak sandwich with no mushrooms but received the kahuna chicken sandwich with MUSTARD (which I don’t eat mustard).
When returned it they stated they assumed I would take chicken because they were out of steak without consulting us. After re-making it with steak NOW because they had just received a truckload they rushed the order and when I went in my car and opened up my sandwich and noticed the cheese was not melted the bread was cold and some of the meat was cold I returned it and they had the audacity to give me attitude because it’s the second time now back with the an issue the lady said to me I just cooked it I said it’s cold thou she rolled her eyes …I asked for a refund, hoping they would Say sorry let us warm it up, but they wanted to return the money to the card my son used which I did not have on hand, at this point I was just hungry and frustrated they said that they were not able to refund the money because I needed the card understandable, I just grabbed the sandwich and threw it in the their trash can and walked out… they can keep their miserable $10 I have never had an issue with Jersey Mike’s until now… maybe it’s their staff not even an apology for THEIR MISTAKES

They messed up the two sandwiches that I ordered. I ordered a Philly steak sandwich and I got chicken. I asked for mayo on another sandwich and got nothing. The two people working there were not helpful and I had to ask for things multiple times to be put on my sandwich and it was still messed up. The workers just didn’t really care about anything they were doing. I tried to call them about the order twice and no one answered the phone.

I went here as it was next to UPS so convenient but wow I'm blown away by the excellent customer service and friendliness from the staff. Definitely stop by!
