Jersey Mike's Subs, Kissimmee FL

I ordered a grilled mushroom no cheese sandwich and got a Philly cheese steak instead. Ok a little aggravating but I took it back and informed girl of the mistake. Again I stressed a few times no cheese on the mushroom sandwich. Why did I get a sandwich with cheese? Promptly ask for a refund because I trust them to make correct a third, plus I didn't have time to wait.

Good food but the employees were very unprofessional, while I was eating with my kids the employees were just talking very loud cursing and all type of stuff. Definitely not dining in never again!

They know how to make a cheese steak. They also have amazing customer service every time I come in. They greet every guest that walks in and say, "Hello, " and upon leaving, they say, "Have a good day. " I want to say thank you for your customer service and for your great food.

Don't know about food with 2 main subs and bread wanted the worker said he can't make them. I would not recommend going here in Kissimmee FL

Coming from Jersey, I was glad Jersey mikes was also here! And I’m glad it’s also an amazing franchise! Subs always made fresh to order, and courteous employees as well. Have been, and will keep coming back

Absolutely infatuated with this place. Never been, had it for lunch and dinner! $10 subs that could be two meals. This place rocks!

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time. Visiting from Ontario Canada. Such friendly staff helped us out on what to order. We tried the #8 club sub and #7 turkey, and both were delicious. The extra large chocolate chunk cookies were so good. It's a bit pricey from what we're used to paying, but we're happy we went. Thank you.

Today was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. And OMG it was amazing. They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you Fresh bread and vegetables. WOW. So delicious and fresh! I will def be back. Now I know what my daughter's been raving about all this time! The workers were THE friendliest service workers I have ever met. I had the club my husband had the Italian, both great.

- Went in, didn't get greeted.
- Order prepared incorrectly (Asked for a Big Kahuna Chicken, and a Philly, received two Philly's, even with the toppings for the Big Kahuna, but yet they chose to put Philly as the meat)
- Called, spoke to Cely, and was asked what sub was supposed to be what, after I had already explained myself.
- Got hung up on when I tried to finish speaking before ending the call and didn't even get told goodbye or anything of the sort.

Clean place and sandwich was great. I came in late and they took the time to make the sandwich right. Thank you staff.

Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledge employee too busy asking manager for his new week schedule, manager sitting in dinning room, she saw me, told employee to wait on me. He ignored her kept talking to her about schedule. Finally he comes over no greeting, starts cutting bread loafs, didn't ask what I would like to order. Finally I asked him are you going to take me order? He replies "oh yea what you want. Order my sandwich and left. First time I have had such bad experience.
They were not busy only one other customer at the time I was there.
No happy.

Sally the supervisor was rude and dis respectful I am a regular customer and like my sanwhich without green peppers the cook told me there were no peppers on my sandwich I get home and call and was told my sandwich was not able to be without green peppers I order the same thing all the time after explaining the situation to Sally s h e was rude and hung up on me I expected more from a Jersey Mikes

I'm a Jersey girl and love Jersey Mike's since I was a kid. Cheese steak never disappoints

I didn't get to catch his name, but the guy working today with the glasses and beard was the kindest ever and made a really good sandwich. Great experience overall.

Basic Subway. For the price you spend, there isn't prosciutto, mozzarella, real capicola, Genoa or mortadella. Nothing Jersey about this place. Roasted pepper etc.
