Jersey Mike's Subs, Pinecrest FL

Jersey Mike's is usually the best subs anywhere, not this location!
Meat is spoiled and sandwiches are not made by the usual Mike's standards.
Difficult to communicate with staff, no English and loud Spanish music playing.
Had to throw out food because of the awful taste.

Lately, the wait times have seriously stretched out, even with multiple employees often just hanging around. Interestingly, the food quality has gone down, and despite the extended wait, the sandwiches haven't been as ordered. I mean, if I ask for a cheese steak and end up with chicken, something's seriously off. Bread is often quite dry and full of corn flour on the outside; moreover, I've often had sandwiches that lack ingredients or are skimpy. Overall, it's just aggravating to drop over $60 on sandwiches and then get multiple orders wrong.

I love that I can use their app to place my order, and pickup. Contactless, and made ready. Love the freshness of the ingredients. Great subs!

I ordered 5 sandwiches here last week for an office lunch. My order was not ready on time even though I placed the order online way in advance and I waited over an HOUR at the store from the time it was supposed to be ready until when it was ready. This is not acceptable to wait an order from the time the order was supposed to be ready for just five sandwiches. I reached out to Jersey Mike's corporate who did nothing for me since each store is individually owned. Next time I will order from Jimmy Johns for quicker service. Do NOT order your office lunch here.

Server didn't use all the ingredients required and was belligerent when I pointed the fact out to her.

This is the Frist time going to Jersey Mike's and I will be back they put lots of love in their Subs

Ordered delivery online and received with 4 sandwich ingredients incorrect.almost like that ignored most of my customizations

Arrived at 8: 28pm they close at 9pm. I’m the only customer. After 5 minutes I ask for someone to help me and I wanted a hot sub. They said they can’t do hot subs since the grill was just cleaned. So right off the bat half the menu is gone. The attitude was present as well when I asked why they can’t turn the grill on for a cheesesteak sub. They said they can’t and they were getting ready to close. I have been a Jersey Mikes fan for years but this location has gone down and honestly I won’t go again. When I told two of my closest friends they told me similar stories. So be aware don’t go after 8pm as the staff is in closing mode.
